Since there was no inlet, he had to locate the tank, dig it up and add a riser to the tank to bring it to surface level. He was careful to only disturb the dirt that needed to be and kept a tidy work area. He got the tank pumped and we were up and running again. Due to a high water table this year, the tank filled again in two weeks. Called Dylan ASAP and he was able to be back at the house next day to pump the tank. He has provided recommendations on addressing the issue with pricing. He is not pushy and has let me ponder ideas. Dylan has been great to work with and has been very responsive. I will be a repeat customer with my plumbing needs.
