If I could give this store a minus score I would. Believe the other reviews you see. Don't ask me how this place is in business. Randy is terrible to deal with & believe he may be owner. You will never get through to them cuz they barely answer their phones all that much & nor to they respond to emails. I ordered a Kitchen Island from this place & was told no more then 2 weeks & it's now over a month. Randy told me 2 weeks ago it was on its way to me. Well I could have walked to Edm from Calgary & back quicker. I don't even think this island was ever ordered. He's quick to take the money & now won't give me a refund. It wasn't cheap - $700. Thank goodness for Visa cause I've now launched a complaint & they can investigate him & I will be contacting the BBB & advise CPS that this guy appears to be a fraud so they can investigate further. DO NOT trust this place - stay far far away. I wish I had reviewed this company first before I "gave" my money to this place in exchange for a product I've never received & most definitely no longer want the item cause this store does not deserve business. All I can say is Karma is a bad thing & if this company thinks I'm just going to walk away while they continue to scam others, they are highly mistaken! read more

Thank you Randy, Daryl, Curtis and teams. I got all the support and I am very happy with the work and quality of our new shingles and eavestroughs. It was not an easy job as additional wood work needed was discovered part into the job. Even afterwards someone came the same day to fix something needed. Buying my steam shower from the renovation store was the worst choice I've ever made. I literally threw $2000 in the garbage. They took my money and didn't bat an eye at giving me a shower with half the parts missing and then lied for 6 months that they were coming week after week until I called one week and they just told me to stop calling them. They are crooks and shouldn't only not be selling anything but deserve to be locked up for ripping hard working ppl like me off who are just trying to finish a basement so my little cousin can have somewhere away from our newborn baby to sleep and shower! read more

Contracted them to do a bathroom reno and they never finished. Never received any itemized list of materials. Materials ordered were wrong and installation was a joke. I was assured that the crew doing the work was the best they had. Best at cutting corners. Flooring and wall panels for the shower surround were glued in with silicone caulking, tub was not balanced and creaked because they had cut the supporting legs to fit the tub to the drain as opposed to adjusting the drain location half an inch over, and the shower tower was installed crooked. The caulking in the surround never stuck properly and the room was never painted. We tried following up with the store but they screen their calls and never get back to you. Because of the lifting of the caulking in the corners and the creaking, crooked tub, we've had to tear down the whole bathroom and do the work ourselves, including buying a new tub and finishing the walls with tile. Avoid this store at all cost, unless you enjoy being given the runaround, half-assed work, cutting corners and poor overall satisfaction. read more

Just had to get a company out for a quote to install new windows after the renovation Store did the siding insulation roof eaves and windows a couple years back the WINDOWS WERE INSTALLED INCORRECTLY RESULTING IN CONSTANT LEAKING. and THE ROOF DONE WRONG the eaves had to be removed installed incorrectly. siding coming off not installed correctly severe rot around the windows causing a contractor to come to replace the walls Im looking at $20000.00 in repairs to fix The shaudy work done by amature installers from the renovation store if you are thinking of hiring these people dont . please call me and look at the work they did for me gladly show u around and you decide if you want them in your home 780 454 0623 read more

This store is a cute gem located on a busy street in North Central Edmonton, I walked in and was greeted by a friendly man who was eager to talk to me about my renovations. I was in high spirits, & hopeful. At last, I was glad I chose to go with a small "mom & pop store" instead of supporting huge franchise stores, I left feeling relieved. I got some ideas, left with a few options in mind. I emailed the man the next day, excited to put in my order, I never got a reply, I called, I spoke to another person, he promised to call back, as I mentioned my last few emails went unanswered. I never got any call back, or emails. I was then set back a few days in my renovation, as I really waited for this business to get back to me. I decided to go there, however the place was closed mid day. I was really looking forward to having a long term renovation company to grow old with, I'm tired of all the big stores, I was wanting to support a business in my city, & provide referrals for this place, as I get so many compliments on my renovations, as I designed the rooms myself. I had a huge job, and I change my carpet yearly, & my plan was to use this store for my business ceiling, & flooring. I was going to do a full renovation on my home & business. I never got a call back, I'm not sure why. Don't waste your time calling, or driving to this store, they're either to busy, or judgmental or something, I don't know, stick to the big stores, at very least you can count on franchise stores to be open, & provide customer service when you need it.
