After dumping every basket of cookie cutters on the floor and going through them- I had $20 worth of cookie cutters, including a couple scottish doggie ones for my girlfriend! She's only been hunting them for over a year- I called her and texted her pictures to verify it was exactly what she wanted! I found a giant sun cookie cutter, a Florida cutter, train, moons and more. Plus I snagged some spigot handles too (for future art projects). She knows her products extremely well and has a real talent for helping people figure out what works without making them feel overwhelmed. What I liked most was that I never felt pressured. She took the time to answer questions, explain different options, and help me understand the pros and cons of things. You can tell she genuinely enjoys helping people. When she talks about design, color choices, and fabrics, her face lights up and you can see how passionate she is about it. If you get the chance to work with Jewelie, you'll see what I mean. We were told by the sales rep that the chair was a floor model only and discounted to $1549.00 and not returnable. We took it home with us and a few weeks later, found the exact same chair at Sweat's in Brunswick for $899.00. We emailed Lott and received no reply. Our sofa was special ordered and we never received a call to tell us that it had come in. Check out at this store is extremely slow. Sales rep was unresponsive after taking our money. On a positive note, delivery was wonderful and selection in this store is very nice considering that there are not many quality furniture stores in this area.
