I have had an exterminator out twice in the three months that I have lived there. I've had roaches, beetles, even little worm things. I'm getting ready to call the exterminator out for a third time. While the bugs are bad, it doesn't even come close to the RAT problem. Yes, RATS. I was able to kill a RAT inside my condo a few weeks ago. The maintenance guy tried to convince me that it was a really large mouse. I call BS. I notified maintenance of where the RAT entered and was completely ignored. Thank you so much, maintenance guy.
