If you're looking for an apartment that feels more like a condo and home, 8348-C is available at 4…read moreBridges. It is the perfect apartment. Living room looks out over the golf course so you don't face any other buildings. Dining room side window looks out over the retention pond so you can see all the ducks and geese and birds. Beautiful trees are right outside the windows. Spacious with lots of light. Very large deck. And it is the quietest apartment I have ever lived in. You could hear a pin drop at all times. The neighbors in this building are so nice and respectful. Yes rents are high but you won't find a better value anywhere in this area than this. I lived there for years and enjoyed every day I was there.

Perhaps one of swankiest, most comfortable apartment communities in Greater Cincinnati, Four…read moreBridges is an ideal place to live... if you don't mind living all the way out in West Chester. This gated community comes with endless amenities: - Three swimming pools (lap, children, and adult) complete with a tiki bar - 4 tennis courts - playground - basketball court - car maintenance center - Private 18-hole golf course - Fitness center and aerobics studio - Clubhouse with private dining rooms, buffet, and a strict "no jeans" rule. The apartments themselves are gorgeous: vaulted ceilings, open kitchen with breakfast bar, plenty of windows, ceiling fans, balcony, fire place with mantle, washer & dryer, gigantic walk-in closets, and plush carpeting. Many units overlook the serene lake or rolling countryside. Four Bridges is super quiet, clean, and an all-around luxury to live in. They even have buffets at the clubhouse on select days for residents. The adult pool is a treat, with liquor welcomed and not a child to be heard. Managed by Towne Properties, these folks make sure their residents are happy and well-cared for. The maintenance staff is quick to respond and keep the facilities looking sharp. I only wish Four Bridges was closer to Downtown. While we have other Towne Properties buildings in the area, nothing comes close to the joy that is Four Bridges. This place is HORRIBLE! The ghetto of Monroe. Staff is lazy and RUDE! Thiefs running this place. NO…read morePARKING EVER AVAILABLE because there are people parking 4 or 5 different cars with different state plates in our parking area. You can not walk in the yard that is provided because it is FULL OF DOG FECES! They enforce pet rules on tenants that they have problems with and let the others slide by without paying a penny extra for their dogs that are supposedly not allowed on the premises. The laundry area and the provided walkway to the outdoors is NASTY covered with nasty hair, cigarette butts, and 7 year old news papers along with other garbage. There is a scent of SEWAGE on the whole property. Lazy staff acts like you are inconveniencing them when you put in work orders (THIS IS YOUR JOB AND WHY YOU ARE GETTING PAID!!!!) Complained about issues several times and nothing has EVER been done about them. They leave molded out ceiling tiles missing and just replace what was damaged without ever fixing the REAL issue and finding out what has caused this leak.. Have had a leaky washer for over 2 or 3 months that has still not been fixed and have had made calls in over 3 or 4 times on this issue. Noisy neighbors above and below, hearing screaming children from as early as 9 in the morning to 1 or 2 am. Have heard gunshots outside. Just plain disrespectful! Go ahead and call the office right now and what you will get is some RUDE guy answering the phone after the 3rd or 4th time you try to call and he answers the phone like he is better than you and does not care what you have to say! This place is ridiculous! We paid our rent every month for 6 months and after the sixth month they rack up all of these mysterious charges once we accused their employees of blatantly stealing from us in an effort to get us to LEAVE the premises. DIRTY, NOT WORTH THE MONEY, RUDE/ LAZY STAFF, just among the reasons NOT to live here! If you've done some searching around and this is the best place you could find.. THINK AGAIN! Can get a much better place for even less money where you will receive RESPECT!

But I have had a maintenance request in since late October (2023) for 1.) my broken garbage disposal and non-draining sink and 2.) bathroom ceiling has needed painting since the leak in June (2023). A second roach within a week is what prompted this review. I would not recommend living here. I…read morehave had multiple work orders since 4/25 that haven't been addressed. The hallways stink and are unkept, as is the laundry room. However, they keep the grounds company on site to ensure the landscape and outside view are beautiful, to draw you to live here. If you can afford to have the grounds keeper on speed dial, why not have pest control on speed dial? I have been here since 4/7, and within the last week, I'm starting to see roaches. I didn't grow up with them, and I am totally freaked out. They give you a 30-day grace period to let them know if you don't like the apartment. I sure wish these roaches would have come within those thirty days, I would have SURELY left. I will be leaving when my lease is up in April. But again, I do not recommend moving here. Any place that cares about keeping the outside beautiful just to get you in the door more than upgrading appliances, answering work orders, and more importantly maintaining pest control is not a place I want to be. Pests, especially roaches, are a health hazard!!!
