The staff was unfriendly and appeared to care less if we bought anything from them. The selection is very nice but prices are high unless they are having a sale, which they were not today when I shopped there. I've enjoyed shopping there for years when I'm in town, but I won't bother from now on. Customer service should be more of a priority, especially when no one else is in the store. read more

The owner of this store purchased a $5,000 order from my Wholesale Company to resell on Amazon and in her store. Within 1 week, Brenda was demanding a refund and threatening with a chargeback due to "Buyers Remorse". After agreeing to 100% manage her account, and do more work than we would even make money on, she agreed to move forward with the order. Halfway into the order, she removed access for our company to complete the order, and demanded a refund again and threatened with a chargeback. When I called Brenda to speak with her about this matter, she refused to take any of my calls/voicemails, or return any of my texts for 2+ days. Finally, I called her company phone listed on this page, and she picked up. She denied being Brenda, the owner, THREE times before I finally got her to admit that it WAS in fact her (Brenda) that I was speaking to. I told her that I wanted to speak with her about resolving the matter and getting her the full refund she wanted. She told me she would have to talk to me in an hour, as she was checking out with a customer, but confirmed she would call me back. After an hour, she texted me back letting me know that she would not be calling. She also advised me that some of the products that we had delivered for her HAD in fact already sold, so that we wouldn't be receiving back all of the products we sold her. Buyers and business-to-business owners BEWARE of this company and owner. She has not only cost me $5,000 on this order, but over a week's labor that she agreed to in our Terms Of Service. She waited 3 weeks after ordering to complete the necessary actions needed to complete her order, and didn't give us the full 30 days per TOS to complete the order as we agreed. This really hurts my business, staff, family, and well being when someone takes advantage of us like this, and others should beware of this as well. read more

Will be happy to take your money but won't let you use the restroom. This is a city code violation. They had a sign up saying they didn't have a restroom for customers. I asked if it was out of service and was told, no, they just didn't let customers use the restroom. There isn't a restroom near by. If a business is too inconsiderate to allow customers to use the restroom I won't be buying anything from them. read more

I love this store's new roomy layout and eclectic vibe. You'd never know you were shopping used clothes. They are high quality. There are also new brand name items available. Everything is here: shoes, accessories, dresses, coats, pants, jeans, tops, even furniture! And, if you want a designer handbag, they guarantee to have authentic, quality used Louis Vuitton purses every day. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. There is even a style consultant who will help you pick out just the right outfit for your body shape. Her services are free, but it's best to make an appointment so you are sure she'll be available. This is overall a great store, and I love coming in and seeing what is in stock whenever I am in town. I've gotten some great finds in the past, and the selection is usually fantastic. They are trying to be a more high-end used clothing store than some of the other options available in town, which is a breath of fresh air after a frustrating experience of endless Forever21 nonsense over at Plato's. They carry nice brands, and I have never encountered the quality problems that I have seen in other secondhand stores where some items look overly worn, snagged, faded, etc. However, with that image of being more "high end" also comes rather high price tags for a used clothing store. If I want to pay $40 for a pair of jeans or $30 for a sweater, I have plenty of stores where I can keep an eye open for good sales to get reasonable quality at that price point. Along that same line, they violate one of my major second-hand store pet peeves: not being familiar with the cost of the item brand new during sales. For example, when I was in there earlier today there were several plain Old Navy cardigans priced at $12. The problem is that those exact same cardigans go on sale at Old Navy for $10 multiple times during the season. You cannot charge more for a used item than what it costs new. You just can't. For ones from the nicer stores (Limited, WhiteHouseBlackMarket, Ralph Lauren, Banana Republic), this pricing is totally reasonable. On a similar note, I agree with another reviewer that they may have a bit of an identity crisis going on. If you are trying to focus on high-end brands, why on earth are you stocking Old Navy to begin with? Also, the staff is always pleasant and helpful. This really is the gem of used clothing stores in the Springfield area, they just need to perhaps be a bit more thoughtful in some of their pricing. read more

I have given plenty of good, positive reviews of places. She didn't bother to say anything of those. This place is so overpriced and I stated that. It is my opinion. I have purchased plenty of designer clothing (new) at much better prices, too. This is what I stated in my review. Too bad you can't face any negative statements. You've got serious issues. It took a little time for them to settle into their new location but I do like what they have done & the layout of the store. One downside is that I think they've changed the brands they are targeting. It's quite confusing as what they want to be. They have some high and middle end bags like LV and MK while having a dedicated section of the store to Chicos. There's a good selection of fashion cowboy boots. I historically have gone here for jeans as they always seemed to have the brands I can't typically find in Springfield: 7, Joe, Hudson etc but since they've moved it seems they are targeting a more mature kind of lady with NYJD while also decreasing they stock. Two, sometimes three racks of jeans is now one. Even though it looks like their store vision has changed to a different style than I prefer, I'll stop in a few more times in hope that my timing wasn't right the last few times. read more
