We recently had a tree removed and I just knew our gutters were in dire need of cleaning. I did look at having a gutter guard of some type put in but the costs (cleaning was included) was significant. After I rec'd the quote from Gutter Maids I figured I could get this service done once a year for the next 12-15 years and still be ahead of the game. BTW, even with most gutter guard system it is still recommended to have your gutters cleaned every few years. I wasn't there when the crew arrived but my wife works from home and called me to complain about being distracted by men walking on our roof. So at least I know work was being done. When I got home everything was cleaned up and there was nothing out of place. I could see the first floor gutters from the upstairs windows and the job looked perfect. Everything from booking the appointment to paying the invoice couldn't be any easier. Good Job! Will definitely use them again.

He did not cut corners, and provided a lot of additional fine tuning and enhanced gutter stability that was beyond what is the industry standard. He also suggested an improvement to add facia to the home to help preserve the roof rafters. Michael was a super good communicator letting me know when the work would be done. He properly arranged for city permit and inspection. His crew was great - clearly knowledgeable and so respectful of my gardens. They did a great job - you could see how well everyone worked together to get the job done and they really did a nice job of cleanup before leaving the site.

To me, one of the hallmarks of a good contractor is good communication. This is often a skill that is lacking. The owner, Todd LIndgren, always answered my texts, calls, and emails promptly and kept me informed about my project. This alone, makes him stand out in the contractor world. The project was completed in one day, not long after I signed the contract. This too is a rare circumstance in the roofing world. I was very happy with the work done and that Todd came to the worksite to check on the progress during and after the roof installation. When he noticed that a rain diverter had not been added (as discussed), he had someone come back and add the missing diverter the next day. I recommend ARK based on my experience and felt that they did a quality job, promptly, and at a good price. They worked with my insurance company to iron out any price discrepancies and I value their honesty, promptness, and attention to detail.
