So we purchased a seasonal unit in Mesa and the inspector and I both agreed the roof was pretty worn. The Roofing Company was recommended by a person here at the park. I called for an inspection/estimate on a Tuesday, Shane arrived on Wednesday, and after agreeing on a very reasonable price, the materials arrived on Thursday, and the entire roof was torn-off, replaced, cleaned up and everything put back to normal by early afternoon on Friday. Fast response, great value, excellent service! After an overnight rainstorm, we found a leak in our roof that was coming through the ceiling over our stairwell. After receiving a referral from an electrician that did some work on our house, and reading reviews about The Roofing Company online, I gave them a call. We setup an appointment, they were prompt (showing up within the first 45 minutes of the 5 hour window) and courteous when giving us the estimate. The pricing was less than I was thinking it would be, and they were out early the next morning, removed our non-working swamp cooler, repaired/replaced shingles, sealed up everything, and were done in just a few hours! Recent monsoons roughed up my garage roof so I called a handful of local roofing companies for estimates. Most were busy with other monsoon related repairs and had a 2-week minimum wait time to come out. I found only one company with a 1-week wait time, so I went with them first. They came out and were very professional, but it took them over 2-weeks to send me the estimate. When I finally got it, the cost came in too steep for a simple rolled roof fix, and I went looking for a second opinion. The second company ran over an hour late, but didn't call to give me a heads up...so I booted them. The third company made my appointment but didn't bother showing up at all. My final call was to The Roofing Company, a business owned by brother/sister team, Leah and Shane. They had lots of excellent on-line reviews so I gave them a shot. Leah's great customer service made me feel very comfortable, and Shane gave me an on-the-spot estimate with a price that made me feel even more comfortable. Highly recommended! My husband and I were looking into buying our first home in the Mesa area, before we made our purchase the current owners allowed us to get the roof inspected. After calling multiple roofing businesses and getting the run around or being told that it would take a couple weeks to come out, I was frustrated! They did a fantastic job, were friendly, helpful and very hard working. I am 100% happy with the quality of work and would use this company again without hesitation. They have been very knowledgeable with any questions i had and helped me prevent drywall damage by telling me to poke a hole where i saw the water stain show up.
