As the host of an event at the barn, my beautiful daughter's wedding, I assure all yelp review readers that The Rustic Wedding Barn in Allen, MI is well-beyond a 5-star vendor. The landscape is magical, the barn is absolutely stunning, and Karen was absolutely wonderful to work with. I wouldn't have changed a single thing and we have heard nothing but incredible feedback from every guest. Karen, the owner, made it very clear that she would be at the venue to take out trash, help with bar service, tend to the bathrooms, and be on site if we needed anything. The cost is INCREDIBLY reasonable considering it includes NO CURFEW (which is impossible to find FTR), hours of setup/take down, linens and tables/chairs, content expertise (we didn't even need a wedding planner bc Karen gave us everything we needed regarding vendors and accommodations in the area!!!). On-site management is a bonus because I actually got to enjoy my daughters wedding!! Our guests were even gushing over the tree-lined dirt road that leads to the barn. It's such an awesome feeling to pull up and see the mighty barn on the hill. If you're looking for a venue in the area, check it out for yourself!! You'll be glad you did. Absolutely fabulous venue! The owner stays the whole night to help with trash & cleaning & answering questions & emergencies. She is absolutely a wonderful person to do that at no extra fee! The venue itself is beyond beautiful. With candles lit everywhere, the romantic feel is intoxicating. You cannot find a better venue. read more
