I looked around the store, found a lovely stone container, over the many, shared what I envisioned, Cindy asked me to return in twenty to thirty minutes. Returning to the sales counter, Cindy came from the back empty handed asking if I needed anything more referencing to a holiday floral arrangement on the counter, it was BEAUTIFUL, exactly what I wanted. Climbed the slide and tried to slide down but the slide sank in places. Seems the blower wasn't blowing enough air to keep the slide from sinking in places. Being, that it was Thanksgiving, I didn't want to bother anyone that day. I talked to the owner, Blake, I think. Blake told me I should have called him and he would not give me a refund or even a partial refund. He actually made out like it was my fault, since I didn't call him. I have never had this problem before, but I've never used Inflatables of Montgomery. My nieces and nephews didn't get any use out of it sadly. Needs a bigger blower or it had a leak somewhere, neither one was my fault.
