The homelessness worker is unresponsive and frankly unprofessional. The office staff literally as us what a greivance was when we asked them for a grievance form and failed to produce anything. It's wild that that place is receiving government funds to just ignore their clients. read more

Prices are crazy for stuff that gets donated to them, the manager was price gouging me making up prices in her head on an item that had no tags. Going back-and-forth with me over two dollars. She's a weirdo for that and shows how miserable she is. read more

We have been donating to Salvation Army for years. The service now is horrible. The guy that took our stuff is extremely rude. If this continues, we will donate to good will instead. read more

This week they took the kids to downtown Disney my daughter loved it! Sunday service is always great to attend, I feel so welcome by all! I consider these people my extended family! God bless! read more

I have taken things to Salvation Army for several years. The employees are different now. The man who took my stuff was very abrupt, sharp with me, and downright rude with absolutely no provocation on my part. There was no reason for him to talk to me the way he did. I will never go to Salvation Army again. In the future I will take my items to one of Redlands many charity thrift stores. read more

Unbelievable service. We have dealt with Salvation Army before in the past and always had good service in scheduling pick ups for furniture, cars, etc. However, after being home all day waiting for truck to pick up items, we got a call that truck was full and will not be coming and we have to reschedule appointment in another 2 weeks!!! What gives???? Not very cooperative especially in getting donations. Will not be using them anymore. read more

Hi our names are Debra & Dion. Just recently my fiance and I had become homeless and living in our van. With no sense of direction. So we decided to stop in at the salvation army on alta st in Redlands. The lady in the front her name was Sharon. And I don't think we've ever met a more caring and helpful person. In our situation. she really made us feel like she really cared about us. The times we went their to shower. She always took the time to talk to us. She was always concerned to make sure we had the things we needed. But Sharon took it a step above and always asked about our health and if we were feeling up to par. And feeling health. I don't know about you other people struggling in life. But being asked about our health and wellbeing. Was much more than any care package of food or hygiene handouts. Her soft spoken caring demeanor and concern for us was absolutely amazing. Once again I hafta say. ABOVE AND BEYOND. So with all being said. Sharon you've made our time in crisis much more tolerable.
