After a month and a half of no part and various excuses related to health of a family member, I requested a refund. Communication was difficult throughout. After pressing for my money, I was told a refund check was mailed on Feb. 25. I waited seven days, but no check arrived. When I followed up, Mr. Atkinson offered to "stop payment" and bring a check. Based on the pattern of behavior, I informed him I would only accept cash. Provided a partial refund because he decided to keep the diagnosis fee. Would not recommend.

He hasn't called me or said a word to me since he came 8 days ago. Every time I call or text he either ghosts me or tells me he is running the tracking number on the part. As has been said in some of the other yelp reviews, Mark also charged me for the part AND installation right from the outset. It is dishonest to charge a person for the install when the install is not yet completed. This guy is a complete fraud and con man. Stay away from this guy.

The staff will follow your instructions for drop-offs completely, using your own detergent if preferred and sorting your laundry as you tell them too (I usually leave a note with mine). They will also fold and/or hang your laundry if you bring your own hangers. We even brought some bags to have cleaned, including one light blue bookbag that had some awful mud stains which I never thought would come out (they had been there for many years!) They impressed me greatly -- the stains were completely gone when I picked up my laundry.
