We provide Corporate Team Building with sand for any size group in any location. We are Based in Florida but, travel the world.

History

Established in 2010.

Bill and Marianne Knight are the owners and operators of "The Sand Lovers, LLC ". Bill and Marianne found their love for sand sculpting about 12 years ago when they began competing in amateur contests. After winning several 1st, 2nd, 3rd, peoples choice, judges choice they became professional sculptors in 2006. Combining their vast corporate business experience with sand sculpting provides them the business side of working with clients. In the past few years Bill and Marianne have managed eight major sand sculpting events reaching well over 600,000 people. In November 2011, along with the Director of the World Championship of Sand Sculpting; they managed the World Championship of Sand Sculpting on Fort Myers Beach, a first time for this event on an American Beach. www.thesandlovers.com for more up to date info.

Meet the Business Owner: Bill Marianne K.

President and Master Sand Sculptor Bill Knight has over 25 years experience in the corporate world, working as an executive for companies such as The Department of Defense and La-Z-Boy. He left a position as Township Director to fulfill his dream of being a full time sand sculptor. He is a 20 year Army veteran and is educated in logistics and project management. Bill has extensive experience in dealing with permitting, utilities and logistics at the local, state and federal levels. Along with hundreds of commercial sand sculptures, he has worked on sand sculpting projects exceeding 1000 tons of sand. Vice President and Professional Sand Sculptor Marianne Knight has over 20 years experience in the corporate world with an extensive background in material handling, event management and business operations. She has worked on sand sculpting projects exceeding 1000 tons of sand and managed the largest sand sculpting event held in the state of Florida.
