I lost an entire day waiting around for a job that never got done, and had to deal with a last-minute price change that felt like a bait-and-switch. I wouldn't recommend relying on their quotes, and I'd think twice before booking them again.

The owner, Alexandra, often rescheduled the cleaning time and dates (lacking any courtesy by adhering to the schedule she insisted on having) was unresponsive when trying to coordinate cleanings and did not do a thorough job. When first hired, she was great, but will not be using again. The dust was so bad in areas that it covered the color of the wood cabinets...superficial cleanings at best.
