An unexpected death in the Family leads to an unplanned for Memorial Service . Which meant I am calling Ms.Cindy Wilcox at 4:10on a Wednesday and asking that she create a beautiful arrangement for a Service that begins at 2P.M.the next day. Obviously she was not given a lot of time to both create and then deliver this request ... She came through beautifully.The floral stand was impressive and thoughtful . After a bad experience with a local florist a few years ago, I was a little hesitant to place an order the day before most customers were probably having their Valentine's gifts delivered but I decided to give it a shot. To complicate things even further, my wife's office closes early on Friday so I needed my delivery to take place before noon. Well the florist was very upfront and told me that she couldn't guarantee a noon delivery due to the number of deliveries that were already scheduled but she would do her best to deliver by 2. I agreed and left hoping that it would make it there before the office closed. Well imagine my surprise when my wife text before 10 thanking me for her beautiful roses! I had late notice of funeral arrangements for a friend's father on the Sunday before Memorial Day. I called The Secret Garden on Sunday afternoon thinking to leave a message in bleak hopes of having flowers delivered on the following day. Not only did Cindy take my call, she put together an exquisite floral arrangement and had it delivered to the funeral home before the family arrived the next day (Memorial Day). During the visitation, there were countless comments on how beautiful the flowers were. I was very pleased with the arrangement that Cindy put together for my daughter. I can't say enough about how kind, professional and patient she was with me over the phone. I was calling from out of state and wanted something delivered to our daughter who attends college at UNCP. I told Cindy of an arrangement that I saw online to see if she could do something close to it. She said she would do her best! My daughter texted me a picture and it was nearly Exactly The Same!
