After they left, my sister in law observed many things left undone and documented it with photos. I called the owner and sent several pictures of the things left undone. On June 9th she agreed to refunding $100 of the total amount and said it would be credited back on my credit card. To date, the transaction has not occurred. I have contacted her three times regarding this matter and she no longer answers my messages. I do not know what else to do to resolve this situation.
