My niece mentioned this place so I decided to save myself a lot of grief and time. Wow! We filled four large washers!! This place is awesome -- there's a washer dryer combo for $16 nzd, and once you load your machines, they'll put the wash powder in and then transfer everything to a dryer and then put your laundry in either the basket/bins you bring or a sturdy plastic bag you can purchase. Go shopping, go for a kai, go to one of the many tourist attractions that are nearby, come back in a couple hours (they'll give you a rough estimate) and your clothes are done! They'll even fold it for you (if you're willing to pay to be THAT lazy... ) I can't say enough good things about this place, and I know I'm going there the next time I need washing done in Rotorua. The service was so personable, I bet they'll remember the Chinese/Hawaiian lady with an American accent.
