The perfectly cooked runny egg yolk made for some messy eating, and I would have preferred a spicier chorizo, but I tend to like things a bit spicier than the average bear, and I really don't mind getting a bit messy. Bdub had the equally messy and equally delicious baguette, which he happily ate as we discussed when we could make it back to try the lunch menu.

Full disclosure, we actually came here 4 times in one week! That's how good this place is! And dare I say this, but the churros here come very close to Disneyland churros. While Disney churros are known for its size, soft and pillowy inside, crunchy on the outside and super flavorful, San Churros is a smaller version of that. But I will say that it's never empty either. The churro pops are like a fried donut with a twist. If you've ever had malasada before, this is like this little cousin as well. Love the marshmallows and chocolate sauce on top, in a really cool glass with a double message "sweeten thy soul" inside. I was worried about my sandwich being toast until I was told that they'd add the lettuce afterwards to prevent it from wilting. The food came out quick. My wife asked for soy milk in her coffee which they had run out of. However one of the staff went to the corner store, JUST FOR US, to buy a new carton. I was amazed by this. This truly was a selfless act and to me it defined what great customer service is. Our food came out quickly and tasted amazing. I ordered the hoagie sandwich. I know in The States a hoagie is this massive bread roll sandwich thing, but this being Australia they brought out a toasted sandwich which tasted just like a hoagie. Perfect down to the last bite. The staff are great company and extremely friendly. I want... nay, NEED to come back here to try some of the other sandwiches.
