Despite witnessing the issue, they refused to offer an exchange, refund, or any solution. The employee told me that I should have asked them to open it before purchasing, even though I had no reason to believe there was a problem with the product. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service and unwillingness to stand behind the products they sell. Because of this experience, I will not be shopping here again and cannot recommend this store to others.
