We needed to return a purchase, and the merchant said we had to use FedEx. They gave us a mobile code to scan and said to bring the package to this location. We've done this a lot with other shippers, and often they just want the product, not even a box. So we packed the merchandise in the same plastic bag it came in, without sealing it. The counter staff (who were very nice) said it needed to be sealed. "That will be $1." Seriously, they charged us $1 for a single piece of cellophane tape. I have driven past this area before but have never noticed this store. There is no sign from the street to let you know that it is in the shopping plaza. It is located next to the Food Lion and behind the Sheetz gas station. There is shared parking in front of the business. I stopped in to drop off a Fed-Ex pre-paid package. The store was clean and had a variety of shipping supplies inside. According to the advertisement on the exterior of the business they offer copying services, faxing services, USPS services, and stamps. When I checked in on Yelp a coupon for 10% popped up. The clerk was friendly and made sure to ask if I wanted a receipt while dropping off my package. I would go back if I was in the area and needed any of these services. read more

**CUSTOMERS BEWARE** I've been coming to this location for 2years.. I've never had an issue with the previous owner, in August the old owner left and a new guy started working there. On August 31, 2023. He sent me an email saying I have mail there, then when I got there, he said I didn't have any mail. I told him, you sent me a confirmation email how do I not have mail??! The NEXT DAY!! He called me saying he "found" my mail... get this!! When I came to get it!! IT WAS OPEN!! And HE SLIPPED $10 in the envelope!!! Hush money??? Omg I couldn't believe what was going on!! I should have canceled my account right then but I didn't, and things DID NOT get better. Now he no longer sends the confirmation emails, AND IM MISSING MAIL AGAIN!! The old owner NEVER DID ANYTHING LIKE THIS! I'll be canceling my account and forwarding my mail. Let me say I loved doing business with the previous owner. He was a very nice gentleman and very helpful. My experiences with him made me a loyal customer. Made a trip this past weekend 1/20/24 to return a couple of Christmas packages and as I walked in with two boxes the the new employee had clearly set in his mind he did not want to help me. He didn't even want to get up out of his seat to come to provide service. I had two shoe boxes and the order receipt. I was going to inquire which shipping method he would suggest (box or Polly bag). Before I could speak he stated "You know you can't ship those packages like that" as if I was a dummy. I've worked in the shipping business for 21 years. I didn't even get to ask my question. After I told him I understood that and proceeded to ask him which shipping method was better, he took a deep sigh as if I was bothering him and said he didn't know. The old owner would have said let's see and would have given me the two options. This guy just stood there as if he were the customer and I should be helping him. He then looked down at the receipt and asked where are they going. Ok, now maybe we are getting somewhere. As he looked at the address without even hesitating he stated that the address was not a valid address. Still wondering how he knew that without looking it up in the system or anything. Again I've worked in the shipping business for 21 years. There was only one other customer in the store (that had already been helped) so I don't know how I was inconveniencing him by trying to ship two packages at a SHIPPING STORE!!! However he just stood there would not check and basically just wanted me to leave. As I left I made a statement that I really missed the previous owner and wish I never had to interact with him that day. I then drove 2 miles down the road and shipped the packages with no problem. BAD ADDRESS (as he stated) and all. Will definitely not be using them ever again and encourage the owner if not him to make a quick change as he will quickly ruin this business. First time shipping using this place. I'm going to make this a regular occurrence and use them as my regular. The post office has gotten really bad stealing packages from customers saying they either delivered or lost the package. Companies aren't responsible for the loss of packages because they come up with excuses. The owner was very nice and the store smelled so nice . It was very clean and comfortable to shop in. read more
