I haven't see any major pile up of stock or trash. The workers aren't outgoing with their customer service, but most TJ Maxx employees are busy stocking or checking out customers. I think the prices are also a reasonable value compared to other locations.

Thank you, Cathy! We found a small amount of what I wanted, but unfortunately, my timing was a little off today. Apparently this is a popular store that receives both person-to-person handoff donations plus donations delivered by truck. The store was clean and well organized and the majority of the employees were helpful. Oh and the prices of my purchases were definitely reasonable. I'll be back and I hope my timing is better next time. :)

Despite the fact it was really busy the store was well organized - Men's, women's and children's clothing all had it's space making it easy to shop for what you're after. Shelves were not at capacity as people were stocking up from current sales and Christmas time gifts. Several sales could be found throughout the store. The store itself was very clean and easy to navigate (things weren't crammed inside). Checkout line were exceptionally long and it took some time to make a purchase as a lot of people had pretty good stacks of items they were purchasing. The staff were following Covid standards, wearing masks and disinfecting as necessary. This location isn't bad and there are other home goods shops in the area, so if you're in the mood to do some shopping you can make a little bit of a day out of it. If you like Old Navy brand this would be a good store for you to visit.

Something about this store just feels better than other locations. It always seems to be very clean and even though it's organized just like all the other locations I've been in over time, it just seems to have more space available to display the products. Just like all the other locations they have Men's, Women's, Children's, Household items, and occasionally a mixture of other items (exercise, toys, jewelry, etc.) Typically not a lot of staff working so check out can take a few minutes, but that's really about the only negative. Also, keep in mind that selection varies a lot even from store to store and changes up based on what the current season is.

The most recent trip I noticed there was the regular fitting rooms in the back (which are plentiful) were open with an attendant. So I'm not giving the star back but at least I didn't deduct 100 ... so that's fair I think! That being said it's kind of nice that there is room to walk around what they do have on hand. The Rainbow City location is so jam packed it can actually be hard to walk though and look at their stuff. If you're into team gear (Bama and what ever that other team is) they have a really expansive dedicated space for shirts, coats, hoodies, and misc gear. Just like other department stores they have a good selection of men's, women's and children clothing as well as some household items. Shoe department looks like they are still adding stuff in and will probably grow over the next couple months. Several spots to check out make it nice and easy .... plus help to keep lines down. Also, as of January 2021 you aren't able to enter on the Books A Million side, you have to park on the Belk/Food Court side and enter through those doors. Recommended for clothing shopping.
