There are free parking options near every major establishment. The premises are clean, well lit, and manicured. This place is certainly a neighborhood gem. read more

We were headed to Trader Joe's and decided we should stop in the mall to see the train garden. The mall was beautifully decorated for Christmas - the trees were all decked out and the sparkling lights hanging from the ceilings were just gorgeous. The train garden was really nice; showing some Baltimore highlights as well as other venues like Disney. The kids were all wide eyed. It was so nice to see families with their children enjoying the garden. We extend a special thanks to all those who make it possible. read more

In terms of what is available at this seemingly exclusive indoor mall, I must say there is little to choose from. Yet, it is a bit of a gem in that it is tucked away in Towson...on purpose, I think, from surrounding Baltimore. The shoppes are similar in the style of clothing sold. Essentially, they have priced out the consumers that resemble what my Baltimore looks like. If you like boutique-style shopping, you'll like it here. If you are looking for a homogeneous crowd, you'll like it here. I was surprised to find a Trader Joe's on the upper level. There are several women's clothing stores like South Moon Under, a Joseph A. Banks, and Stebbins. This collection of stores is not for everybody, and I think it's meant to be that way. read more

Very upset to find my favorite store gone. Lingerie Lingerie was my last and only store that catered to women of all bra sizes. I truly needed a corset for an event and was shocked when I walked in after their renovation. I had no clue or idea that they would pack up and leave! I have not been happy throughout this. I do not like that Trader Joe's moved here. Parking is just as bad now. read more

Very nice, upscale mall, however we came to see Santa and unfortunately the operation here is a complete Charlie Foxtrot. We didn't have reservations ($20) so we waited in the other line. We arrived at 11:30 and it's now after 1:00 and aren't even close. A recommendation could be to have 3 reservations and then 1 from the other line. One of the staff members told us we would be up in "five minutes" because we were just doing our own photos. That didn't happen! It's pretty sad that what use to be a free, seamless operation has now turned into yet another money suck. They said they were running behind, but that is a complete understatement. You know why you're running behind? Because each family in the reservation line gets approx 4 mins with Santa. Can we just take a photo and move on? Kenilworth used to not need reservations and it's a shame they are now. What a sad experience! I do not recommend unless you want to pay. read more

A mall of specialty stores. It's not Towson Town Center. It's not Mall of America. It's a quaint little place with an amazing train garden I saw every Christmas growing up. Stebbins is there which is great, and a Learning How for teachers, plus About Faces the spa, and some shoe stores. I like the Ritz Camera there better than the one in Towson Town Center Mostly a place to grab pizza as Italian Gardens is fantastic and then do a few errands. I've never seen another mall really like it. read more

It's hard for me to hate this place. I met my boyfriend here nearly a decade ago. It was love at first sight (for me not for him). I still come here because they have a pretty good About Faces, and Stebbins. I don't pay much attention to the other stores, but they do have stores in the mall. They also have a nice toy train display during Christmas. read more

This is boyfriend & I little sneak away kinda like our hidden gem not everyone knows of the shops. We love the pizza shop & the pizza combo. Recently went to Ashley's sweet beginnings && dessert was enjoyable. Love the fountain ! read more

So I had to get my brakes replaced and my tires rotated at the dealership next door and had approximately 3.5 hours to kill. I was getting tired of watching The Out of Towners on TV and both computers were being occupied. So I wandered on over here. I honestly didn't expect much because it's not really big and unattractive. The only stores I knew for sure that were in there were an Ace Hardware and Lax World because of 2 large signs on the outside. It's really small on the inside but has 2 levels with a fountain being constructed in the middle. There are several women's clothing, the most notable being South Moon Under. There's also a lingerie store, a bead store and a place called Azura clothing that had some cute clothes. Other businesses included a day spa, a Ritz Camera, a women's sports store, an environmentally friendly housewares store, Ten Thousand Villages and a shoe shop. The lower level also had an ice cream shop, an italian restaurant called Italian Gardens and the Burger Bistro. The 3 restaurants seemed to be pretty popular with people eating in the middle of the 'mall'. There was also a place called Stebbins which looks to be a larger scale Michael's because I think they sold some furniture as well. Overall, it was better than I expected, but still not that exciting. It seems as if they're trying to spruce it up with the fountain, but work definitely needs to be done to the outside as well. At least it helped me kill some time while my car was getting fixed. read more

Train garden is definitely a sight to see. My twins were amazed at the sights and sounds. Especially my son, who loves trains. Only downside is some of the buttons weren't working, which was disappointing because we went on the first day! I think there's enough to keep a child occupied. read more
