I ordered a boat that included some options that were not on the boats in his lot so we had to order it from GatorTail. Due to the impact Covid has had on manufacturing and the very high demand for boats during the pandemic, this boat took 4 months to arrive. The team at Jack's was very responsive and apologetic regarding the delays. I know it was not within their controls. When I finally got my boat they took the time to review information about upkeep and maintenance, and make sure I was comfortable with the operation. The paperwork process was quick. I'm super happy with my boat. I know the 4 months felt like 4 years and I was not a very patient customer but in the end, Jack's treated me very fair and I got a great boat! Now go get you one!!
