Wonderful experience. The restaurant itself is extremely cute with its steampunk style. The staff was friendly and inviting. I had the classic french fries and Panko crusted chicken (can't remember the actual name of the dish). You must try the sign sauce... I had three small dishes of it with my fries. Oh, and check out the adorable book the bill was brought out in (picture attached). read more

My friends and I went on a Friday, a group of 8. No reservations were made but we were seated right away. Only because we came early enough! The food was amazing! We had appetizers, we ordered potatoes (which were fries, of course). Cheese and bacon potato wedge (awesome), and the other one was salt and pepper rosemary I believe which were chips but they were made fresh with an actual potato. I also ordered this one chicken marinated in yogurt that was good, too, with some type of mustard dip. Yup delicious. As per drinks they have tons of beer to choose from, which my friends were pleased and I had sangria that was really really good! Now, we all ordered different types of burgers but we were all satisfied. *** WARNING *** There is one burger on the menu that is available only on Friday's and Saturday's (if I remember correctly) which is only one on the menu beware of that burger because my friend ordered it and it was HUGE, but delicious. :) I ordered pulled pork, there were two pulled pork on the menu, I chose the first one. I was a bit disappointed because it didn't have as much meat I thought it would have and that might be my mistake because like I said there are two pulled pork listed on the menu and I had ordered the first one. I was expecting a pulled pork based on the pictures you see here but I didn't get that much meat. Although, regardless of the amount I was happy woth the taste. It was amazing specially with the toasted bun and their coleslaw. Delicious! I had given 4 Stars only because I had expected more food on the menu because of what was posted on here (but that could have been other yelpers fault). Anyways, the burgers, YES, they are on the menu but other seafood item you see posted does not exist on the menu heads up on that! As per $$$ they are very affordable. A group of 8 that ordered so many food and drinks I believe our bill was at €180. So really worth it. Parking *** we parked at the port. A 10 minute walk from the restaurant which isn't too bad. If you're early wnough you might find one literally somewhere near the restaurant but we chose to park where we were familiar with. read more

Locale diverso dai soliti pub affollati con soluzioni culinarie trite e ritrite. Menù essenziale ma di alta qualità adatto a tutti i tipi di palato. Il The Sign nasce dalle ceneri del Keste di Pozzuoli, locale che ha fatto la storia della nightlife alternativa di Napoli dalla fine degli anni 90 fino al 2010. Marco frequentava il Kestè, ed ha sempre amato il lungomare di Pozzuoli e questo locale... Michele è stato il bartender del Rockwell Hilton a Londra, e aveva voglia di tornare in Italia... Nel 2013 scoprono che il Kestè ha chiuso ed è in vendita... E così,come fosse un "segno" del destino, apre le porte al pubblico il TheSign, GastroPub & Cocktail. Intimo ed accogliente, con un raro giardino interno che isola dallo smog e dalla strada, l'ambizioso progetto è di lasciare "il segno" in un campo fin troppo inflazionato. Quello del food & beverage! The Sign was born after the Kestè, a bar that made the history of Naples from the 90s until 2010. Marco attended the Kastè and always love the promenade along the beach in Pozzuoli. Michele was a bartender at the Rockwell Hilton in London and wanted to go back to Italy.

Dopo un decennio passato a scrivere e creare per altri, mi son detto... "Ma perché non provarci?". E dato che il frutto dell'ingegno in Italia spesso vale ben poco mi sono convinto. Il TheSign è la mia prova del Nove! Il mio obiettivo? Creare un posto dove le persone vogliano stare! After ages spent writing and creating for others I thought "Why not trying?" New ideas are often underrated in Italy so I got convinced and started this experience with The Sign!

The Mushroom had mushrooms and melted cheese with bun (really good bread used for the bun). Both burgers were cooked medium (slightly pink in the middle). Bacon was crispy, quality bacon. I average 25 euros when I visit, but I am there for at least 3 beers or a few glasses of scotch and a meal so you could visit for less. Accessibility via train is great and gives you the option of leaving the car at home. I highly recommend visiting this nice sleek location on the lake in Lucrino. You will not regret it.
