I would classify The Simple Brew as a Unicorn find in Oklahoma. It is a legit Coffee House/Roaster like you would anywhere on the West coast from San Diego to Seattle. Comfortable chairs, sofas, work tables and even a bonus classic Speakeasy attached to it for more potent refreshments. I was in Harrah for family and spent several hours in The Simple Brew for 5 straight days and had the pleasure of trying many items on the menu. It is a family/woman/minority owned business and the clientele is very diverse and has a great vibe. I had several coffee and teas and was super impressed with everything. Of note were the latte's and the fruit flavored tea. The homemade cookies were great as was the breakfast and lunch sandwiches. I wished I had gotten the time to try the weekend brunch as the food looked delicious. I can't really say enough good things about The Simple Brew. This place was a gem! Had to get some studying done but I didn't want to drive too far from home. Found this place and I might become a regular. They have both couches and tables! The vibes are great, felt like a real cafe!! The employees were nice and seem to know a lot of people in the area. Every customer that came in seems to know them! They offer a drive thru as well!! Honestly I forgot to take a picture of our drinks and sandwich.... I know this place ain't no deli or whatever but the sandwich was a disappointment. Nothing special, just basic tbh. That's why I had to take a star away... same for my fruit drink I got, I'll have to ask for an extra pump of syrup lol. Overall, I'm coming back. read more

The Simple Brew = simply awesome. So much better than dunkin/starbucks/Dutch bros/scooters/etc. Note this is a review for the Moore location- I can't find a yelp page for it. But it appears to be the same people. If not then I'll delete. Menu is well simple. Its hand written and small but with plenty if extras to add in and customize to your liking. Treats are homemade and tasty. Dont skip the sweets. I had a chai with espresso or a dirty chai and a biscotti. Both were amazing, flavorful and well Ihighly recommend them. Price was fair. Coffee and food is always good. Employees are always so nice. Sometimes the wait is a little long but I don't mind.

Gave it 1 star because zero isn't an option. Disorganized. Service was awful. They were NOT busy. We, being a family of 3, were the only customers in the store and it took 15 minutes for two drinks. After they were made, I patiently waited 5 minutes before asking about the third drink. They completely forgot to make it. We needed to leave for a commitment and had no time to wait. This is an awesome spot in a coffee desert in this part of the Oklahoma metro area. My first visit today was to get a Mocha and try out their bagel bites. The coffee is smooth and delicious and the Mocha is a refreshing break from the syrupy stuff that comes out of the leading coffee chain. One of the bright spots is their bagel bites. O.M.G.!! These are little ball sized pieces of heaven. Today it was a sesame onion bagel with a veggie cream cheese filling. I couldn't get enough of them. The business has a drive thru that is not easy identifiable. You have to drive around the back of the building (strip mall) and then around to the side of the building to a little window to order, pay, and receive your goodies. This was a wonderful and awesome discovery and I can't wait to return to try some other pastries and later in the day for their lunch menu! read more

Tried this business for the first time. Coffee was good. Only coffee shop in town I have found that carries almond flavoring. However, when I looked at my receipt there was a 'noncash adjustment' charge for using the debit card. Not only that, but a tip jar is also located on the counter. In case you overlook the tip jar, the 'tip' amount you want to give is prompted when you use your debit card. So, if you use a debit card, you provide this business with a 'noncash' fee AND a possible tip. Not many customers pay with cash any longer. Most use debit/credit cards. Cover your own debit/credit card fees if you want me as a customer. read more
