This establishment has got to be the worst ski store I've ever been to . The funniest thing is they have a help wanted sign on the door and there all in their phones and absolutely ignored my son and I , who were in the market for A snow board and ski pants . There was a great selection of clothes to choose from mostly because it's still beginning of the season. The employees don't seem to be super enthusiastic to work and sometimes don't realize there's customers waiting to check out. read more

Dropped my board off for bindings installment, ski corner said it'll be ready in a few days (never got a call back) so after two weeks of waiting i called I got my board back, & once I did I noticed they had pealed off my Stickers leaving behind the sticky residuo with scratches and then placing my broken stickers back on the board in a different place, read more

ZERO RATING!! Never shop at this place. They don't know the meaning of customer service. By denying refunds people stop shopping here. I will never step foot in this store ever again. I will tell all my friends how the person behind the counter was one of the rudest people I ever met. after spend over $450 on a ski package for a 10 year old, they kept one boot to set up bindings. She used them multiple times this season then I find out they were 2 left foot boots and a size and a half different between them. Manager wasn't very sympathetic about their mistake. Her only comment was that she knew where the other boot match was. I bought here because it's local and me not being a skier I assumed they knew what they were doing. I will not buy here ever again. Horrible customer service. I purchased a pair of ski pants for my daughter for Christmas. I was told by the associate on the floor they could be returned if they don't fit. They did not fit and tried to return them one week after Christmas. Store policy is store credit only. The associate knew they were a Christmas gift and did not explain store policy as of store credit only after one week of purchase. The store is very overpriced for ski gear. I don't mind paying more for good quality equipment and good customer service. The store is not worth it. I would not recommend shopping here. read more

Dropped my board off for a wax and sharpening about a week ago. I can't even begin to explain how judgmental the employees were. Woman at the front desk was nice though. It was pretty uncomfortable to be honest. Not to mention when I called to see if the board was ready it was also uncomfortable. Whoever I spoke to (a guy) was super rude and acted like I was wasting his time. Like bro, you wax snowboards, you're not above anyone (probably a skier)... won't be returning. read more

I typically don't write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience at the Ski Corner. I dropped off my snowboard and bindings four weeks ago. They shared the board would be ready in two weeks, but they never called so I just stopped in to see if it was ready. They said it wasn't ready, but it was being worked on at the moment and I could wait. I had a few errands to run so I said I would come back. I stopped back the next day thinking I could pick up my board. They shared that they couldn't find the paperwork and the board wasn't done. Why did you tell me my board was being worked on? Why did you ask how I wanted my board set up - it was on the paperwork? Two days in a row, the person helping me was dishonest. Just tell me my board isn't done, you lost the paperwork and that the person working on snowboards won't be available until X day. Instead, you keep telling me my board is being worked on and were just overall dishonest. Not a great place to go. Find somewhere else with better customer service. I understand all businesses are busy, short staffed, paperwork gets lost, etc. Just be honest with your customers instead of making up stories to appease them in the moment. read more

Beware return policy. I was from out of town and bought ski boots during black friday rush for my daughter. Bought them and after trying on again decided they didn't fit well so tried to return them next day. No return allowed, only store credit. I cant use store credit when I live 4 hours away. What a ripoff. read more

Hands down the best ski shop ive been to in a long time. Went in with the store in the middle of a big store relocation and i felt more comfortable than any other place in full swing. The staff stopped what they were doing to help me get a new snowboard package even with me not totally knowing what i was doing. Couldnt be happier with the service/prices/employees/etc. I cant wait to go check out the new shop when it opens. Id easily suggest going here before wasting time at any other place! read more

I would have given this place a Zero rating if it was allowed!! This is the worst ski store in the area. Terrible service, no assistance, no one has any idea what they are doing. I purchased a ski package from here and on my first run down the mountain the binding came right off of the ski and I broke my arm and injured my knee. When I went back and asked for a manager to tell them what happened and to get a refund, they told me that the manager was either "unavailable" or "not currently there". But the best part is that they would always go into the back to "see if the manager was there" so the cowardly manager / owner sat in the back every time that I came in and would never confront me. At one point they recognized me after continuously coming in and the manager actually ran to hide in the back when I entered. In the end they never gave me a refund, all they said was we can fix the binding and ski for you... What a joke. So I took my business elsewhere to get it professionally repaired, not by those idiots. DO NOT SHOP HERE they don't care about you, just the profit. read more
