She started off with trimming and then went to threading. I tried to trust the process but now one of my eyebrows is way thinner and a different shape. My biggest issue is I was severely cut during the threading process. I didn't see it when I got done but as soon as I saw it in my car mirror I went back to the shop and one of the other ladies offered to put Aloe Vera on it which burn. She told me they would put in the system that I don't want Samma doing my eyebrows. That was not much of a solution because I won't be going back here again after being a loyal customer for the past year.

We always enjoyed coming here because of Kim -- she is truly a sweetheart and always kind to us. During our visit, Philip did my mom's pedicure and then started talking to her about getting her eyebrows permanently tinted. He quoted her $500 and promised that with two visits, the results would be permanent and last 5-10 years. The manager was there during the conversation as well, and both of them were very persistent in convincing my mom to do it. My mom was excited and trusted them, so she agreed. After the first appointment, she was very happy with the results. Philip and the manager specifically told us to call back in two weeks for the touch-up appointment because that second visit was necessary to make the results permanent. Two weeks later, when I called, everyone suddenly acted nervous and suspicious. First, they told me Philip was on vacation and to call back in a week. When I called again, the manager told me Philip no longer worked there because he had been fired for stealing money. I then asked what they were going to do about my mom's eyebrows since the tint was already fading. The manager said she would call me back with a solution. She never called back. I later went in person to ask either for the work to be completed or for a refund, since we paid for a service that was never finished. The manager told me there was nothing they could do. It's really disappointing and sad how easily they took advantage of my mom and took our hard-earned money for an unfinished service. We trusted them, and they completely failed to honor what they promised.
