I usually go for a high pressure massage and am fine but the morning after I was sensitive to the touch and had bruises the next morning. I think the worst part about this experience is that I called to explain why I was unhappy with my massage and they could not care less. It was so disappointing to see how little effort they put into fixing the problem and making sure it would not happen again. I am not even sure I can go back after how I was treated this last time.

My only note is that I was expecting full cupping therapy with the massage, and there's minimal cupping, so that's just something to be aware of. Karen was super gentle with the facial and didn't destroy my face with hardcore extractions and asked me what my skin type was like beforehand. My skin has been glowing and smooth ever since I got the facial, and it even sped up the healing of a pimple I had at the time. The space is quiet and comfortable, the service is great, and I was able to book both services back to back very easily with a phone call about 3 days prior. Everything is reasonably priced, too!
