I purchased a dab nail, carb cap, pick, torch and butane from this store less than a week ago…read more The torch (picture attached) is no longer working. No butane flows out of the lighter now, making ignition of the flame impossible. I called the store today and the young lady that helped me last week was the one who answered the phone and I explained what was happening with the torch I bought. I said that I would be fine coming in and showing my bank statement as proof that I shopped there as I no longer had my receipt, I also told her I would be happy to bring the torch in and exchange for a similarly priced one as I didn't want the same (seemingly faulty) model again. She took my info down and called me back 20 minutes later to explain that her boss would not accept an exchange but that I could (*pause here to prepare for laughter) purchase the same torch AGAIN for 50% off. This has nothing to do with the associate but everything to do the ethics of how a retail establishment should be operated by the owner and management. As a customer, I am entitled to a compensatory resolution if the product I purchased ends up being faulty. End of story. The resolution given to me is not satisfactory and because of this, I won't be recommending this shop to anyone of my friends or family that live near Manitou. BUYER BEWARE!

A little overwhelming at first until someone like Caleb comes over to help you out then you can sit back chill and get taken care of with a positive and professional attitude towards what your needs are. I'm just starting out vaping and wanted to learn more of the differences between tanks and RDAs and Caleb was on point with all of it. At the end of all of it he ended up setting me up with some DotMod coils, some cotton, and walked me through the installation process and really upgraded my set up.
