Every bit of equipment has been cleaned before and after each session. Also, the studio isn't crammed full of people, so you'll have plenty of room to move around. Second, Joyce is an amazing instructor. I took Pilates for a few years and it had been ages since I had been sore after a workout. Even after all of that and finally realizing she's in the wrong and multiple times going back and forth she didn't even apologize. She gave me such attitude and put me down for something that was her fault. Ruined the experience for me and no way could I support a business run by someone like that. Completely unprofessional and money hungry. Look elsewhere if you want to join a Pilates class.

Jenna helped me regain and improve my strength postpartum, and build the strength I needed to keep up with a toddler. I'd previously been prone to injury when attending group exercise classes or working out on my own, but Jenna has helped me to recognize how to work from the correct core muscles and avoid these problems. I have now been working with Jenna through my second pregnancy and I can confidently say that I feel I am in much better shape going into labor this time. I had significantly less back pain with the second pregnancy, and was able to keep up my exercise routine much longer. I also appreciate how closely Jenna has worked with me to make adjustments for my changing body and to accommodate my specific needs. My husband joined me for a prenatal session with Jenna, and I am so glad he did.
