Instead of providing an explanation, Julie Lucas - Finance Manager - threatened to back charge us for that 2022 bill. Additionally, we did not consent for FPM to hire an electrician, complete the service, and charge our account. We were never afforded an opportunity to review a quote. In fact, we asked Brenna Witter to let us know if someone would be on our property - she never did. I have requested multiple responses from FPM including President Andrew Witter - they have not replied to us. This is very poor customer service and fraudulent. Stay far away.

I'd encourage you to ask other residents and they'll confirm the same issues with JMC & Co, the management company. Example 2: The grills have been out of service for 4 months (April 17 - today). Ask yourself how any management company would let this happen? Example 3: JMC & Co has cut costs by eliminating the promised on-site emergency maintenance personnel. Instead they have one individual on call for properties located between Boston, Plymouth, and Providence. If you're locked out at 10pm and are second in line you'll be waiting hours to be let back into your apartment. This happens regularly. Don't rent here until you get something in writing in your lease about hot water downtime and on site emergency personnel. The prices are way too high for what you get. Patient and professional, MC listened to my concerns regarding their rookie agent with benevolence and patience. Her attentiveness and understanding really struck a nice chord. It's sad that I had to go to social media to get attention for a rookie with a lack of understanding the foundations of listening and learning (and having the facts straight) but be that as it may, it jogged them to reach out and go above and beyond. My take away from this experience is - find out how long the agent has been in business, and their experience with the market you are looking at. If its less than 5 years, they probably are too green for you. I do hope the company gives the young lady much needed mentorship and training. She had spunk to last months, but unbridled, uncontained and uncensored. Hopefully she will rise to be a STAR! Thank you guys for reaching out - that is always a good sign of a well run business. The windows were covered in dirt, the tops of the window had mung and mold growing on them and yes this was inside the house. The toilet had pee and poop in it, plus on the floor. The house had old shoes and children's toys inside and all the closet doors were torn off and thrown into the bathroom. If Davenport shows a house to rent in such disrepair I wonder what it would be like to rent from them, YUCK!
