I'm getting married this weekend, and I was…read moresad to realize after just two gel manicures (for pre-wedding festivities) that my natural nails were not healthy enough for me to be happy with, so I begrudgingly decided to get acrylic nails for the first time. Angela is an angel! She has a newer product that I'd never heard of - nails made of product that are clear. To be honest, they look like "fake nails" to me from a store, but clear and they feel strong. (Please keep in mind I've never had acrylic or any other "fake nails"). She cut and filed them to my preferred length and painted over them. They're not thick and bulky looking like acrylic nails I've seen. They truly look like my natural nail. They almost feel real, too! I'm still getting used to them. It seems that this option is much better for my natural nails as they won't have to be literally drilled off or soaked in acetone for an hour to get off like gel polish. I don't know if they'll last as long as gel polish, but I guess I'll see. Angela did tell me that acrylic tends to last longer than this new "product" nail. I'm very pleased with her work, and she was very accommodating, flexible, and informative considering I hadn't had this type of manicure before. If I lived in the area, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. We arrived 30 minutes early, filled out paperwork for 10 min and was called back right at our massage time. The lobby smelled like old lotion. Not in a bad way lol, just like a bottle of lotion that is expired and lost its scent. Almost like a clay smell? Anyway, I ended up getting a facial and husband got the massage. My facial was extremely relaxing and my husband said that his massage was great! She even gave him homework to stretch because he was super tense. I paid online, but ending up adding a few things so at the checkout, they said that they would wave the fee for the couples massage to be performed in the same room (which I was confused because we booked the couples massage assuming this would be done as a couple in the same room). Either way, glad it was waved! This place has nice and accommodating staff. Would recommend.

I previously went to an establishment that had me see 2 different estheticians in a matter of about 6 months. That just wasn't acceptable to me, given the amount of discomfort I feel during this time. So, I went on a quest to find another place that would be more suitable to my needs. Well, I found just that place! I explained to Krystal how uptight I am, and she took over there. She talked to me the whole time, made me feel comfortable. Was thorough with the service as well. One thing I really liked, was that she allowed me private time to change (the previous location did not. They stayed in the room with you). That added touch was big for me. I had an appointment for a brow tint and wax at 8AM. I picked this appointment because I am…read morepregnant and trying to limit exposure to others. I was the only customer in the place and came wearing my mask. Good start! Megan greeted me kindly but was not wearing a mask. AGH! The sheet covering the table did not seem clean (pink stains, darker areas). Megan, as she hovered above me, also went on to tell me that she thought the virus was blown out of proportion and only those who are at risk should wear a mask. I told her I was wearing a mask for others, not myself. She was nice but I was pretty on edge and taken aback by her brushing off science and personal responsibility. As for my actual brows, they look fine. I had to ask her to actually tweeze some hairs instead of just wax. Face coverings are mandated by the state right now. I felt pretty uncomfortable that she did not wear a mask to protect me and other clients. I should have said something or left. I didn't.
