If I could give more stars I would, and it's all because of Remington (Remi), the absolute superstar bartender who made our entire night at The Sparklings unforgettable. Remi wasn't just behind the bar slinging amazing cocktails (which she absolutely was... seriously, every drink was spot on and full of flavor). She was everywhere, literally jogging around the restaurant, filling waters, cleaning tables, taking orders, recommending dishes, encouraging her team, and still managing to be incredibly kind and warm to every single person in the room. You could feel her energy and care from across the floor. She turned a nice night out into something special. Watching her in action was impressive. She made sure every guest felt seen and taken care of, and you could tell she wasn't doing it because she had to. She wanted to. She lifted up everyone around her, from the guests to the bussers, and carried the vibe of the entire place on her shoulders with a smile. We left already planning to come back for happy hour because of her. She took a local restaurant and made it feel like a place we wanted to bring our friends, our family, everyone. I really hope her manager sees this. Remi deserves major recognition. She's not just doing her job, she's setting the standard for what excellent service should look like. The restaurant is open, spacious, and nicely decorated. There is a good amount of tables, which can accommodate small and large parties. The menu is extensive with a lot of options to choose from. I ended up ordering the Shrimp Tempura & Mushroom Spaghetti. When my dish came out, I was surprised at how big it was. Given the portion sizes of all the dishes, the prices here are very reasonable. My spaghetti was very creamy and yummy. There was a good amount of shrimp tempura and mushrooms. In addition to my dish, I got to try a little bit of the Pan-Seared Atlantic Salmon along with the Truffle Parmesan Fries, Brussels Sprout w/ Bacon, and bread. The salmon was good. The fries were decent - I didn't really taste much of the truffle and parmesan. The Brussels sprout was seasoned well - it was really good and tasty. I was surprised by this because I'm usually not a big fan of Brussels sprout. The bread was also very good - it was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I celebrated my birthday here 2 years ago with a group of 30 and the food was just as good today as it was back then! Andy, the owner is great about checking on his customers and ensures everything ordered arrives in a timely manner. They even hung a banner for Father's Day that provided a great photo op. Yikes. They make excellent drinks. We ordered up an old fashion with the egg white along with a bourbon neat. We arrived during Happy Hour - the menu isn't huge but the deal is good! Our group ordered: Happy Hour Menu: Pesto Sausage Gnocchi $8.50 Italian Sausage Vodka Penne $13 Regular Menu: Grilled Octopus $12 Beef Lasagna $16 Caprese Salad $9 Everything was super good with the exception of the Grilled Octopus - it was rubbery,chewy & a lack of any flavor - I couldn't even finish it - Don't order it unless you like chewing rubber. This is going to be one of our new favorites! I avoided this place for years like a lot of others in vegas because there are no windows. That's something I will never quite adapt to. So it made me insecure of what was inside and if it was kid appropriate or a seedy bar. Well I finally asked a friend and was brave enough to go with our two kids and wow! WOW! The dinner entree's here are so tasty. They use capers in many of their dishes which really ups the flavor. I had a hard time deciding what to order but ended up with the chicken piccata with the crème sauce and mashed potatoes. It was cooked to perfection. Cool little out-of-the-way spot! Came in for a graduation dinner, and they were very accommodating for our large group. We actually weren't the only bigger group in and all were seated just fine. The vibe is casual to dressy. The bar had its own singing bartenders and shenanigans lol! Dinner menu had a good variety of items to choose from, and the portions were gigantic & tasty! Best happy hour in Las Vegas. You must check out The Soarklings. It's offered 7 days a week starting at 5 pm through closing. The variety to choose from is beyond amazing not only food options but many cocktails to choose from. All happy hour items are $8 and are great shareable portions. Service from the staff was on point. The decor as well as ambiance is magnificent. They have a separate room to host parties or larger groups. The bar area is secluded from the actual restaurant so it gives more of a private setting. Off the happy hour menu we chose chicken quesadillas which are truly stuffed, meatballs with vodka sauce, half lasagna, cheese ravioli with Alfredo sauce, queso salsa dip, vodka rigatoni with meatballs and to drink we had an amazing cupcake moscato as well as a spritzeraddict. To pair with our happy hour selections we had a tasty French onion soup, Alfredo mushroom gnocchi, pesto cream chicken rigatoni , Philly cheesesteak with truffle fries. Our dessert we had a crème brûlée, earl grey tiramisu and coffee ice cream. I must say everything we ate had so much flavor, and nothing disappointed. I just had the pleasure of spending my last dinner as a 31 year old at The Sparklings. It was my first time coming here after living down the street for so long. I promise it won't be my last. For a Wednesday happy hour it was pretty quiet and not too many people were there. Although if you're like me, a quiet setting is appreciated. I sat at the bar, where of course I requested the Golden Knights game. The staff quickly put it on and took my drink order. I had a mule first and then tried the happy berry happy hour cocktail. The bar tender knows what he's doing. For an appetizer I had the sausage pesto gnocchi, as an entree I had the shepherd's pie, and for dessert I had the trio. The sausage pesto gnocchi is on the happy hour menu as an appetizer for $9, regular menu $12. Let's start off by stating that, if a creamy, saucy, flavor punched, perfectly cooked dish is your thing, this is it for you! It was perfect. The Shepherds pie was DIVINE $20, not included in happy hour, but SO worth it! A deconstructed version of a traditional favorite! Definitely will earn a spot in your heart as a local craving. The dessert trio was graced with a nice crème brûlée, flourless chocolate cake, and vanilla bean ice cream for $7 it also had a sauce drizzled over the cake that was rich! read more

The menu has a diverse selection of items and it was hard to decide on what we wanted. Our server was very attentive and kept as filled with our mimosas. We ordered the Grilled Baby Octopus, Artichoke and Spinach Dip, Short Rib Eggs Benedict and the Short Rib Hash. The items are so delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed everything we had except the baby octopus. They were charred and shrunk. Besides that, everything was on point. Such a fun place to try! I'm really glad I came here. Super close to my house and a great happy hour. Can't beat it. The decor is so beautiful and the dining chairs are so comfy. It feels posh, but casual and welcoming. Staff is friendly and sincerely kind. They all seem happy to be there even though it's always busy. 1 Star (because zero isn't an option) The Worst Dining Experience of My Life I don't even know where to begin. This place was an absolute disaster from the moment we walked in. First, the staff. Rude doesn't even begin to cover it. We were ignored at the entrance for a full thirty minutes. They put us at a sticky table in the corner. Then came the food. If you can even call it that. The "grilled chicken" was somehow both burnt and raw at the same time, and it tasted like it had been reheated three times in a microwave from the '90s. The salad was limp and drenched in something resembling dishwater. As for the "signature pasta"? I wouldn't feed it to my worst enemy. It was bland, overcooked, and swimming in oil. To top it off, our waiter vanished for 45 minutes, and when we finally got the check, we were charged for things we didn't order. When we asked for clarification, he rolled his eyes and muttered something under his breath before stomping off. This place is a health code violation waiting to happen. Between the dirty floors, the foul-mouthed staff, and the completely inedible food, I wouldn't come back here if you paid me. We left feeling nauseous, not just from the food, but from the entire experience. Save yourself the trauma and eat literally anywhere else. read more

Had an amazing Mother's Day dinner at the sparkling's to celebrate a truly amazing mother. Our waiter was great and very attentive. Other than the chicken tenders, which really weren't that good everything else was spectacular. Especially the chicken Parmesan with spaghetti and the Alfredo chicken linguine. Which is just one of their dozen pastas to choose from. This was my first but definitely not last visit to the Sparklings. I feel like I found a nice little gem with this restaurant. It's a great enough distance from the strip to where you don't have to worry about swarms of tourists, which is definitely a plus for me. I just like the whole layout of the restaurant. It's a place where you can have a nice intimate dinner, or invite a bunch of friends/family and have a large dinner party. We were happily impressed by what The Sparklings had to offer. They have a GREAT happy hour menu complete with appetizers, dinner entrees and drinks. Our server was very nice and friendly. Since my first visit back in late 2019, I've been back twice; once to pick up an order when you couldn't yet dine-in, and then more recently, to try their happy-hour at the bar. I had such a good experience the first time I was looking forward to visiting one of my favorite off-strip restaurants that is worth the trip. I usually try to combine visiting other places ending at The Sparklings, and it's worked out great. I stuck with the same penne (sub spaghetti) bolognese dish my first and second time here since it's so good, but with my 'dinner card' being filled to the max on this visit, I took it easy with some of their offerings from 4p-6p, M-F. Place was pretty dead when I first walked in, and the host/server directed me over to the bar. There were already two ladies and then a guy sitting there so I took the seat closest to the lounge area. I already had a menu so when the bartender showed up a few minutes later, I already knew what to go with. The grapes and arugula flatbread always appealed to me for some reason, and this was a cute smaller portion which was perfect for me. I alternated between eating it slice by slice, or fork and knifing it since it was a little messy with the arugula. The grapes added some sweetness, and the candied walnuts added additional crunch to the greens. I was glad it wasn't smothered with ricotta cheese; there was just a thin layer which was enough for me. The only issue I had was near the end, one of the walnuts was extremely hard, thank God I didn't have dental work done; it was the only walnut that seemed off, but otherwise the rest of it was fine. Since it was the last walnut, I guess it's best I saved that one for last? I'm glad I tried this, but I don't know if I would get this again. Rounding out this meal was a Shirley Temple; if it's offered, I'll drink it. Checking this flatbread off my list, there are definitely a few more items I would like to try (beef sliders and fries are one of them, but I usually eat this back where I'm staying) so I'll have to be a little more adventurous. The least they could do is make it look like it is in the picture. This is disgusting! And they don't care. I would never order from them. This is one of my most favorite restaurants in Las Vegas! I love that they have a lounge and restaurant area separate so you can choose the ambiance you're looking for the best depending on occasion. I go there for so many occasions, happy hour with the girls, family dinner, date night with my husband, I've thrown parties there, etc. The food is incredibly tasteful and the owner cares a lot about his face and making sure customers are happy. The place was a little empty on a Friday, but we were able to get seated right away and the bartender was very friendly and helpful with finding us the right drinks to start the night. We decided to go with the cheese platter and the polenta scallops. These two appetizers were very delicious. Next we moved onto the pasta. That is definitely what they're known for here.
