Scheduling my appointment was easily done online. Kaita is so pleasant and efficient, and the atmosphere was so relaxing, the time absolutely flew by. I chose to do cupping too, which I've never tried before. I found it interesting that cupping happens concurrently to the massage, to enhance the massage and provide deep-tissue massage to wherever the cups are placed. Kaita listened to where my problem areas were, and focused on addressing those issues. I've had stiff upper back muscles for almost a month now, and those are completely back to normal after seeing Kaita. I've already scheduled my next visit for a month from now - I can't wait!
