Sprouts

Loved coming here. Walked down from my hotel and was seated immediately in the bar area. The servers were very nice and quick with everything. The vibe is everything spokes to include wheels and cogs which was cool. I ordered the porcupine lemonade to drink, the sprouts as an appetizer, and the BBQ pulled pork with a side salad instead of fries. Everything came out quickly and tasted great. I would recommend coming here and encourage people to eat in the bar area as the bartenders are awesome with service.

John, our server, was fabulous! I have celiac disease and he was so helpfully with suggestions to make my eating experience good. Our food was so good we went for dinner and then lunch the next day. Ice cream twist with a favorite shake flavor is a must. We included a few pictures of our favorite plates. Enjoy!

We went thru the "Bar" door, and it was so nice and quiet so we sat there. Be ready to show your ID to sit at the bar even for a Coke - it's Utah! Quick service and a friendly bartender with a great accent! The hummus was fresh, and had a lil' kick (maybe it was just me) I loved my GRILLED hot bird sandwich with jack pepper instead of Swiss. The soup was hot when served, simple but so love that! The bar vibe has great biking decor, I could sit all day. Also, grab an Amber Beer - great beer selection!

Salmon BLT w/fries

Had the best Salmon BLT that I have had anywhere! Fries were handcut but were not great (don't think that the grease was hot enough). Our server, Jon, gave us phenomenal service!

The food was amazing. The service was excellent. I love the atmosphere. We had an amazing waiter named Sean. It was her first time in Utah and he had gave us amazing recommendations for local points of interest . Definitely recommend this place. Love the food great people.

Veggie burger

We were hungry for lunch after hiking in Canyonlands. The Spoke was the first place we found on Main Street and the menu looked good. My friends had a Cobb salad and pork banh mi. I had the portobello banh mi and the hubby had the veggie burger. Service was great.

Local IPA and jalapeño margarita

I absolutely loved this place. Were we're going to just have a drink and an appetizer here but the brussels sprouts we ordered were so good that we decided to stay because dinner would likely be on a similar par and I'm so glad we did. They had lots of local beers on tap and a good variety of cocktails, I had the blackberry sour and a jalapeño margarita and both were so yummy. The server was very kind and attentive and gave great, genuine recommendations. I had the veggie burger for dinner and it was so good with delicious house made sauces on it and tasty toppings. The server said the meatloaf was the best thing on the menu which my mom got and said was delicious. The vibes were good here, it was pretty bustling but we got a table in the bar side right away which I recommend, the restaurant side had more of a wait. If you go here, you must try the brussels sprouts!

Service... 10/10 Food... 9/10 Price... 8/10 The Spoke on Center is a great place to grab dinner in Moab. We got seated right away on a Saturday in August at 5. Our server, Nel, was great at communicating and keeping our drinks filled. The food was fantastic. The spin dip was very creamy. The ratio for dip and dippers was definitely off, and you need to use big scoops to eat all of the dip. There are many great customizable options with a build your own burger. I was even able to put onion rings on my burger. The chili burger was very filling and it pairs well with an ice cold beer. The Spoke has a wide variety of sauces available.

Stopped in early evening for a beer and dessert. Beer is hard to screw up! Strawberry shake was also good. Sadly service was slow, given fourth is coming surprised they didn't have more help.

Caesar Salad & Spinach-Artichoke Dip with Pita Bread

We had about a 15 minute wait to be seated on a busy Sat. night. This place has a bike theme and has been open 10 years now which is quite remarkable considering Covid challenges. Our server was excellent and stopped back at our table a few times to see how we were liking our fish tacos, caesar salad and spinach-artichoke dip. The food was great and we'll definitely stop in again when traveling through Moab. Two-story dining area and they also have an outdoor patio.

2 happy customers and a awesome waitress!!!

Such an awesome experience. Rhian was our waitress. She was amazing. Knowledgeable and friendly. We had the crispy caprese, fettuccine and fish and fries.

Banh Mi Sandwich on a Vegan Bun, with House Fries

We were seated within 10 minutes on a busy Saturday night, along with a coloring page and crayons for our kids. They accommodated my dairy allergy without making it feel inconvenient, and the food was delicious. Our server, Sean, answered my questions without hesitation and was the right level of attentive through our meal. He made the experience that much better. The house fries are seasoned enough to give them a wonderful flavor. I got the Banh Mi sandwich, which was a new dish for me and it was really good. Fresh, filling, and really nice. Our daughters got the chicken tenders and mac and cheese kids meals - both were awesome. My husband got the Bob Burger and loved it. The decor is bike themed. The lighting is bright enough but not too bright. The seating is nice, too. We will definitely be coming back the next time we visit Moab.

Had lunch here in the bar, really nice atmosphere, great selection of local brew on tap. Service was really outstanding and had the Rise and Shine Burger with fries which was outstanding. Definitely a place to return to.

Very friendly, cheerful service and very good food. Great ice cream, too. A little pricey, but what isn't these days? Also, pet friendly.

Better off going to the food truck park. Bad food and over priced. Burgers overdone, chili lacks flavor.

My partner and I both ordered the Cowboy Jalapeño Cheeseburger. He had the tater tots and a large soda, and I went with the french fries and a large chocolate shake. The burger absolutely blew me away. I love a good burger, and this one shot straight to the top of my list. It was juicy, flavorful, perfectly messy, and worth every napkin. And the fries... don't even get me started. I honestly don't think I've ever had fries quite like these. Crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and incredibly addictive. This place just screams local in all the best ways. There's no indoor seating but there are plenty of shaded picnic tables outside that make for a great place to enjoy your meal. Summer hours are 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. If you're anywhere near Moab, do yourself a favor and stop here. This is the kind of burger you'll be thinking about long after you've left town.

Stumbled into Proper Brewing on a quick Moab pit stop and it was exactly what we needed. Cozy vibe,…read moregreat energy, and a World Cup game on the TV made it lively in all the right ways. On the drinks: the cider (Betsy?) was a total win. The hard lemon tea was decent but didn't quite hit the same. On the food side, the fries were great and the pretzel was solid but nothing special. The chicken wings were a little inconsistent, a couple came out undercooked, which was a bummer. The real highlight though? Our server, she was from Mexico City and was just so warm and genuinely kind. Service like that makes all the difference. Worth the stop for sure. We'd pop in again next time we pass through Moab!

Moab is notorious for its predictable, shallow tourist traps that roll out the same uninspired menus to captive crowds, so skipping the main drag nonsense for Proper Brewing felt like the right call. It is a bit of a quirky setup inside. The decor hits you as slightly odd and dated right off the bat, giving off an old-school aesthetic that does not quite line up with modern taproom minimalism, but it functions well enough when you just need to cool down. The service was a bit on the spotty side and carried a rather peculiar vibe, though the kitchen and the bar kept things moving quickly enough for a shorter visit. The real saving grace here lives in the taps and the coolers. Finding a spot in this town that treats classic styles with genuine respect is a rarity. The SLC Pils is incredibly clean with a crisp, snappy noble hop finish that immediately cuts through the midday heat. We leaned into the hoppier side of the list with the Concerning Hops, a beautifully simple and dank West Coast IPA, and the Leisurebrau, which kept the clean drinking streak alive. For something a bit more aromatic, the Blizzard Wizzard held its own, but the standout for me was the Yacht Rock Juice Box. It brings a great tropical, hazy profile that does not fall into that sticky, cloying sweetness trap that ruins so many modern versions of the style. Before heading out, hitting their to-go section is an absolute necessity. They have a killer selection of tall boys ready to go, which is exactly what you want when stocking up for whatever adventure waits just beyond the town limits. We kept the food order simple and focused on the appetizer menu to fuel up after swimming. The Proper Nachos arrived fully loaded with all the standard fixings, including a decent avocado spread and pickled jalapeños. Honestly, they were completely fine, just your textbook, dependable bar nachos that hit the salty craving without reinventing the wheel. The Proper Poutine stepped things up a bit with a rich brown gravy and real cheese curds, layered with an unexpected hit of herbed cream cheese and bacon that added some serious depth to the plate. Dessert, however, turned into a tale of two completely different kitchens. Skip the banana split entirely. They make it with vanilla soft serve instead of traditional hard scoops, which just feels weirdly cheap and results in a melted, sloppy texture before the dish even settles on the table. Truth be told, you need to redirect that attention entirely to the bread pudding. It features chunks of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups baked right into a warm, dense, incredibly rich base, finished with caramel and whipped cream. It is absolutely excellent and easily salvaged the sweet portion of the meal. Even with the quirky atmosphere and the eccentric service, the quality of the beer and the standout dishes make this one of the absolute best options in the area. I would easily drop back in next time I am rolling through Moab.
