The staff's and owner/manager janine Cartwright are disrespectful, speak bad of other customers whilst getting my hair done I overheard one stylist say "stupid asian lady" and felt very uncomfortable as I am from that background too. No staff member should show discrimination towards clients and talk very disrespectful towards clients behind their backs. As a customer who's been going regularly Im sick of the language the staff are speaking especially in front of other customers. Hair salons are not just a place to get your hair done but it should also be a place to relax and enjoy your time there, I do not enjoy my time there neither have my friends and sister who have also complained about the staffs poor attitude. I rung up to Cancel my appointment as i was unwell, i wasn't made aware of the cancellation policy when first came to salon, and was told now that i had to pay a deposit. When asked why I received rude attitude from the receptionist called Julie, when I spoke to janine Cartwright who is the manager/owner, her attitude was even worse. No apology and when i told her about the way her staff speaks about customers she said "that's your opinion", it's not my opinion where staff are talking behind customers back saying that stupid asian lady and other things that I feel uncomfortable to write, she didnt solve the matter and when asked her if it's ok for her staff to speak to me like that she again defended them. Me and my family/friends will not be going back to a very disrespectful salon. Staff and manager have no sympathy for clients and no understanding of how to be professional.

As soon as I arrive for any appointment they provide a complimentary beverage and have great etiquette and manners as they seat me in their waiting area. They exchange service with a smile and provide excellent outcomes, whether you're going in for a trim, perm, coloring or anything else. I fully enjoyed being in their exquisite facilities and they also have a nifty little shelf of products for sale that I really enjoyed. For instance, my mother recently purchased a tub of conditioner identical to that which they had used in her hair treatment there. I love Redheadz and hope they change nothing!
