Got a sweet tooth? The Stuffed Cookie in Brandon has got you covered. I stopped here on a weeknight and was pleasantly surprised with the selection and the quality! My wife and I were having a busy evening of running errands. From Brandon to Plant City and back. It was a late-night take-out dinner kind of night and our 8-month-old wasn't having it. Normally, we eat somewhat healthy during the week but after picking up pizza, I said, to heck with it and walked in to The Stuffed Cookie. This was my first visit in. The smell of fresh baked goods and smiling employees welcomes you in. I've been in similar places like this before. Simple but creative dessert shops that bake up a wide range of flavor profiles with ornate decorations. The Stuffed Cookie's forte is taking their cookies and slabbing down a thick layer of locally sourced ice cream between them. For this trip though, I stuck with a 4-pack of their cookies for $11.49 plus tax. The kind girl behind the counter grabbed a box and I had the hard part, picking out cookies. I started with my go-to favorite cookie of all time, the chocolate chip. I also got a caramel apple, cinnamon roll and a banana pudding. Here's my take on each cookie: The Chocolate Chip: This cookie was good! Soft and a little bit under-baked. Plenty of chocolate chips. The dough was sweet and it was an all-around solid chocolate chip cookie. Caramel Apple: This cookie was our favorite out of the selection. It was one of those really nice looking one with icing and toppings. The icing was creamy and sweet and topped with a thick caramel drizzle. I was expecting more of an apple taste but this cookie is the epitome of what you expect from a place like this. Cinnamon Roll: A cinnamon roll flavored cookie that had bits of cinnamon in it like a roll would. The icing wound on top was cream cheese and reminded me of a bakery treat you can get at Publix. We liked this one but it wasn't our favorite. Banana Pudding: This cookie turned out to be a stand-out for us. I got it because my wife prefers baked goods and pastries and figured she would like this one a lot. The banana flavor was prominent and the cookie itself was almost like a piece of banana bread. The icing on top rounded it out. Imagine digging a spoon into a big bowl of banana pudding and taking a bite. That sums up this cookie and it was our favorite. All in all, The Stuffed Cookie is a solid spot. If you want gourmet cookies in the East Brandon/Valrico area, check this place out. Cookie ice cream sandwiches are their forte and I'll be sure to try that next time!

If you have a sweet tooth, this is the place for you. We did the 6 pack of cookies to have some variety. The classic banana pudding one is by far my favorite. It tastes just like the original dessert. The place has a cute little vibe & was extremely clean. Staff was really sweet & helpful with recommendations. Definitely will be back to try other cookies. Price in my opinion wasn't too bad, cheaper than some of the other places. Quality makes it worth it. Paid about $20 for 6 cookies

Where do I go when I have a sweet tooth craving? Stuffed cookie always top the list. The option to choose from cookies with a tasty topping on it, or amazing tasting ice cream to go with the cookie. Either or I choose from... I love the cookies, vibes, and friendly staff. The establishment is beautiful and I have zero complaints. I recommend going to Stuffed Cookie over Crumbl. Personal preference.

Amazing taste! I can't wait to get back to try other flavors! I had the biscoff ice cream and biscoff cookie. So sweet and yummy. It didn't need the icing, though it was a nice touch! Hidden secret in the plaza down Brandon Blvd.

This is a great place to get sweet treats in east Brandon. My husband is a cookie lover, and my kids love ice cream. So this place was a match made in heaven for us as we were in Brandon for dinner. Right now, they're in their soft opening stage, but they had 8-10 distinct flavors of cookies available when we visited as well as 8 ice cream flavors. I saw stuffed donuts on the menu but didn't see any on display. My husband loved the ice cream he tried as well as the cookies. My son was thrilled to see they have Superman ice cream on the menu (why he likes dyed vanilla ice cream is beyond me). My daughter loved having mint chip ice cream with gummy bears. I tried the frosted strawberry cookie and the NY cheesecake with raspberry cookie. Both were quite good. The NY cheesecake flavors were a bit overwhelmed with the raspberry drizzle on top, but I did like the raspberry. Both cookies were sweeter than I'd prefer but on-par with most of the other cookie places in the area. The setting is very cute, especially if you love everything pink (like my daughter). The place is very new and very clean, which is great. The bathrooms were also spotless. We look forward to many future visits.

This is a cute little dessert stop with a few spots for an instagram photo. If you enjoy Crumbl cookies, this may be a place to check out as their cookies remind me of that style but with lots more variety. You can build an ice cream sandwich using a variety of cookies, a donut, or brownies. If you arent quite that daring, you can get a cookie sundae with your favorite scoop and cookie wedge. I got a strawberry cookie and strawberry ice cream but found both to be far to sweet for me. My family also felt the cookies and ice cream choices they had were too sweet. I'd even venture to say there there a little frost bite icey texture to the ice cream that I wasn't a fan of. I would have liked a list of suggested creations as they really leave it open to make it as you want but some combination guidance would be appreciated. Will I be back, probably not. The cookies itself are not my style...too soft and cake-like. I'm more of a slighty thinner, crispy edge with and soft center kind of cookie lover. Check it out anyway, my sweet tooth just isn't that sweet.

Now I really wanted to make this a 4 but after seeing 2 bugs flying in the cookie case and even mentioning it to the young girl working she said "there's no way to keep them out." It went down to a three. These cookies I remember being fantastic!and I've had friends come in since and tell me they are delicious but for some reason this visit just didn't live up to it. I'll start with the good stuff which was the two cookie butter cookies. Those were a hit in our group I really liked the filled more than in just being on top. I do wish I could say more but the other cookies were very dry even the ones that had frosting on top the cookie itself was lacking that freshly baked feel. The M&M had to be the worst it crumbled before we could even take a bite. I love stuffed cookies I feel like it's usually so much better but like I said this visit was a just wasn't it. Now with this being said I'll give it a couple weeks and try it again because I know they put out a better product than this.

Snookie, maple walnut and coffee ice cream

I found this hidden gem, which reminds me of a similar concept in Miami. I was excited to try it all, but I started with the Snookie(good minus the buttercream center) with Maple walnut(very tasty, smooth) and coffee ice cream(not much coffee flavor). The caramel cheesecake cookie(best option; frosting was delicious) with dulce Leche(very good) was a good combo. The decor has a lot of thought put into it. The server was very polite and welcoming. Look forward to trying more options.

My new addiction!! I'm loving grabbing a mix of cookies and cutting in fourths for a cookie tasting. My family swarms me when I get home to grab a slice.

These cookies are awesome! I've been wanting to go back to try more cookie flavors before writing this review, but I just haven't gotten around to it. They have some really great cookies and brownies. They have sundaes, ice cream stuffed cookies or donuts, ice cream, and lots of yummy toppings. I didn't see any donuts the day I visited so you may want to call ahead to see if they have them. The store is decorated with fun colors and there is lots of indoor seating. It was very clean, and the service was super friendly. I must have looked like a kid in a candy store. I was overwhelmed with all the choices. The cookies are decorated and frosted so beautifully. I couldn't pass up the peanut butter chocolate cookie and the strawberry cookie. Before I knew it, I already had 3 items in the box. I couldn't pass up that brownie either. Well, everything was delicious. It took me 3 days of nibbling on these treats, but I finally got to taste them all. If you think this is another Crumbl, then guess again. It's nothing like it. They have more of a variety of flavors. They didn't have any that I saw that are served warm but that didn't take anything away from the homemade freshness of the cookies. Besides, I think you want your cookie cooled off, and especially if you're making an ice cream sandwich out of it. It's just cool that they have so many different combinations. I have to try a stuffed cookie one day. The pictures look amazing! The pricing seems about right for these large cookies. It's around the same price as Crumbl, and it's closer to me. I also love the picture walls. The sign that says "Feed me and tell me I'm pretty" is just awesome. Support this locally owned business if you happen to be in the area. It's next door to BubbaQues on Brandon Blvd in Brandon. You can't miss it as you're driving out to Dover to get your strawberry fix.

Cookies were so good, inside is really cute with instagramable photo opportunities. Plenty of options and flavors. Service was good, nothing spectacular but nothing bad either. I'd totally come back for my sweet craving. I had the raspberry cheesecake cookie- ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. I forgot to take a pic.

We needed a sweet treat and as soon as we walked in we were greeted and there was no line. I ordered one scoop and one cookie with sprinkles. The store was very pink with neon signs and cute decor throughout! We loved it and will definitely be returning!

Getting crazy & letting my son enjoy a real sugar Coca-cola

We have been going since the yummy place opened- 5 words- strawberry cookies & coffee ice cream But truly everything Cynee makes is really good - we could literally go there everyday!

I have always disliked matcha (and I've tried it all over the world...) I mentioned that to the owner and he said "Nooooooo- you've not had it made the right way!" And he gave me an awesome education about matcha. Even shared the one he was making so I could experience it the way God intended....with an "ahhhhh" , a smile, and a chocolate cold foam mustache! Perfection! It didn't taste like dirt, it tasted like a chocolate covered strawberry in liquid form! We intended to pop in for a coffee, stayed for a coffee, a matcha, an education, and the cool vibes put out by the folks here. They have a guitar for any artist to play and many drink options like kava tea, loose leaf, coffee, smoothies, beer, sodas and more! The barista/bartender Zoey was super sweet! She answered all my newbie questions and recommendations. I tried their iced latte with coconut and caramel which was DELISH. The coffee was smooth with a strong flavor which I like, but not bitter. I was still getting their key lime pies at Winn-Dixie up until this past week. For those who are not local, they started their business in Tampa over 30 years ago. The pies can be found nationally at restaurants and grocery stores. They happened to be one of many contestants in a pie contest on GMA recently which prompted me to look up their address. They are closer than I thought. As others have said, it's hidden. Thankfully I read the reviews stating that because it still took me a while to find it. I had also read that you need to call ahead if you want something specific, or during the holiday rush for pies. I went on a whim to see what they had available. They had many frozen pies, and I believe some were being held for pick up orders. She said there was one seasonal guava cheesecake left. At that point, I didn't even really care what other flavors they had. I think they had key lime, pecan, and others. It was guava that screamed the loudest to me. It was a very quick transaction after that. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I kept it in the car for a while because I had other errands to run. It defrosted enough were I could pull out a slice of it and pop the rest into the freezer (yep, it can be refrozen). These cheesecakes are already pre-sliced which is very convenient. Mind you, these are larger than any of the Mike's Pies sold at grocery stores. There are 12 big slices in this cheesecake. I couldn't wait for my slice to defrost. I went ahead and ate it partially frozen. It was the best cheesecake ever! The guava is not just on top of it. It's mixed inside the cheese cake. It had guava in every bite. It ended up being so creamy towards the end as it continued to defrost. Maybe because I took my sweet time savoring each bite. I so wish this flavor was on their regular local menu. I remember seeing it on the menu at Fat Willie's Fish Camp back in September but they ran out of it. I feel like this cheesecake was meant for me to find. I will get it again whenever it's back on the local menu. This cheesecake will have to last until then.
