This is not an angry review but a 110% honest one. Where do I even start?! One word. Slumlords…read more First, we were shown a model apartment to scam us into renting. When it was time to move in, our unit (116B) was a disgusting sight. Filthy carpets, walls, countertops, black water coming out of the bathroom faucets, mice, roaches, mold, mildew. Please see attached photos for your reference on Google reviews including one of the many dead mice. You name it, we had it in our unit. The whole place reeked of the smell of marijuana from the tenants that were in the same building. I even stepped on a dirty syringe that was found in one of the bedrooms from the previous tenant. It was quite obvious that there was heavy drug use in our building. We have made multiple complaints regarding roach and mice infestation in the food pantry all year however nothing was ever done about it. That in itself was a severe safety and health hazard to my children (which is the reason why we decided to not renew our lease). Beverly would flat out lie and say that we were the only tenants complaining about it even though we know other tenants were complaining as we discussed situation with each other. Fast forward to move out: my son and I left the apartment spotless. Spent all day in the sweltering heat to scrub that place from top to bottom. We have even paid rent in full for the month we have not occupied the apartment. These crooks have taken pretty much all of our security deposit and trying to charge us for things that were destroyed prior to move in. I have a fully trained & obedient adult German Shepard that has stayed with us however they lied and said that my dog urinated on the carpet. Truth is Beverly did not like my dog because he is 120 lbs and she was scared of him. They would not allow us a move out walk through, even though my son and I demanded to be present with them when they did. I wonder why that is?! They have done the same thing to other people in order to steal peoples hard earned money. We have paid our rent on time every month all year. We expected better treatment than what we got. Totally uncalled for and unacceptable. Watch out for Beverly. She is nasty and rude. Very unprofessional and not an honest person. She is just mad that we didn't renew our lease in this trash complex. We've had a horrific experience here since day 1. Don't move here. I'm sure the apartment complex next door is much nicer and cleaner.

7/3/2026 DO NOT MOVE HERE!…read more I asked for the lease several days before move-in and was told that wasn't standard. When I raised concerns, I was told in writing that their standard process is to send the lease 48-72 hours before move-in, I didn't receive it until 5 days before, and even that is barely enough time to review a legal document, let alone negotiate. Buried in it was a buyout fee of $2,908 (2 months' rent), the highest I've ever seen. I suspect that's exactly why they delayed giving it to me. Since moving in: the internet is the slowest I've had in over 10 years and barely works without extra equipment I had to buy myself. The AC ductwork bangs loudly when running; I fixed it myself. The walls are so thin I hear every neighbor and can even smell their coffee brewing. Management treats you like they're doing you a favor by letting you live here, not like a paying customer. I recently requested a move-out breakdown and was given an itemized total of $8,477.50 plus utilities to terminate early. I have documentation for all of the above and will update this review monthly until I'm able to leave. Between the delayed lease and the hidden fees, I feel like I'm being taken advantage of as a tenant, not treated like someone paying to live here.

I paid full price for wifi that I never had. Finally I moved upstairs to the second floor where the wiring did work and I could get wifi... but there was no AC... because the AC was connected to the electricity that I stopped paying for in the apartment below the new one. In addition to the wifi payments, I was also apparently paying for the AC in the unit above me when I was living on the first floor! Now, in this second floor apartment, the shower door was installed incorrectly so water drips all over the floor and has caused water damage in just a month. I asked maintenance to fix it 2 weeks ago and no repairs have been made. Additionally the oven does not work because every time you turn it on it trips the breaker. I also submitted a request for this, the nice man said he fixed it, and I'm still having the same issue. I cannot use the oven. NOW, I took a bath and when I drained the tub, water randomly started flooding from this drain in the middle of the floor and there is water all over my apartment. They advertise that there is 24 hour maintenance, but there is no number to call and I've heard nothing since I submitted my request 45 minutes ago. I understand that the leasing team and the maintenance people are doing their best, but this complex was built too fast and completely wrong so there are a litany of electrical and plumbing issues throughout the units. There are a LOT of repairs that need to be made in order for this place to be both worth the price, and at a baseline, a safe and habitable place to live. There is more that I haven't even included in this review. Do not move here if you don't want to constantly be submitting maintenance requests for a consistently dysfunctional apartment.
