Nails were not properly filed down and you could see scratches all over. Asked for clear top coats and one of us wanted a small heart on one finger which both girls completely ignored. Didnt even ask if they were good when they were finished just said "okay done" and IMMEDIATELY got up and walked away. We both had to redo our nails when we got home as it didn't even look like we had gone to an appointment.

Spilled nail polish all over my phone, my manicure looked like it was done by two different people and didn't match at all. After 3 hours I finally gave up and and went to another salon to have them painted. Another visit they butchered my eyebrows - which didn't match when I walked out. 1.5 hours to get a polish change - and it wasn't what I requested. Their ATM machine only allows you to take out $40 at a time, causing you to have to pay their $3.00 service charge and they don't take debit cards. The prices are wrong on the website first of all then they made my poor grandma walk on a slippery wax paper because she was unable to take her shoes off. The lady kept trying to do shellac even though we probably told her 10+ times no. Then they didn't even dry her nails and kept trying to get us out the salon. All we wanted was to treat my grandma to a nice day out since her chemo has been so difficult and this was the exact opposite. I've heard this use to be a nice place but it's different owners now, they also let a dog run all around the salon. Just don't even go here, there's way better options.
