They did not setup until the day before the sale and advertised those pieces to the general public, placing some outside for very cheap. They practically gave them away, far from the prices David quoted us. They allowed dogs off leash in the house during the sale, including what appeared to be their own. They chipped our tile, allowed dogs to pee in the house, chipped a door. They put most items and furniture outside in hot June. Burned the lawn with rubber mats when we're trying to sell. We couldn't water the lawn for six days because of the items. They did not clean up until two days after the sale. We had to pile the mess in the backyard when we came home. We regret believing David. He didn't appear to be at the sale. We had neighbors complain to us and cameras on the outside to observe. We also checked the house and items every evening. We know what happened and regret the experience.

My parent's house was VERY full of everything collected over the lifetime of having a family. A husband who loved audio/video equipment and enjoyed having every tool and power equipment. A wife with hobbies and a hesitancy to throw anything away. The home was wall to wall with furniture and household items. An estate sale seemed overwhelming and we knew we needed to find an estate sale company. After interviewing 5 different types of estate sale companies which included online auctions, in-person auctions, consignment sale companies, buy-outright companies, and traditional estate sale companies...we carefully decided to hire EstateSalesAZ. We were impressed with their straight-forward flat fee pricing with no hidden costs. Other companies wanted to nickel and dime for every small item...not this company! Everything was included in their flat fee...credit card transaction fees, handling donations, garbage removal, clean-out and clean-up at the end. The owner, Joe Cestaro, is efficient and high energy. He went through the whole house to sort, organize and stage. He came with all the tables, he set up quickly and it all looked amazing when ready. He was smart about prices and researched those that he didn't know. He was personable and you could tell that the customers at the sale really liked him. He ran the sale on-time each day. He advertised all over the internet and it all lead to a great turn-out. He sold items that we never thought in a million years would sell...and for prices we never believed he would get...but he did! The sale was a huge success, almost everything sold and we made more money than we ever expected. At the end of the sale, everything was out of the house...just as promised. Walking in...I couldn't believe it was vacuumed, mopped, super clean and even smelled lemon-fresh! The only negative I could comment would be that Joe had a few equipment glitches with his computer and printer but he worked around the issues and was able to fix them quickly. I also think he could have used a little more help on the first day of the sale...his advertising and signs worked almost too good...people were everywhere! But, I'd say that was a high-quality problem to have as I was happy and relieved to see the big turnout. I am a happy customer and will be telling everyone I know about my experience...one of the reasons I'm leaving this review for others to see.

I showed up to an estate sale, the people hosting it were friendly enough, but the trouble began after I had found 5 items I wanted to purchase. Long story short, it was the second day of the sale, and underneath a pile of 'stuff' I discovered some really cool pillows that no one had found the previous day. The cashier lady was busy checking a group of people out, so I put the pillows down in the holding room, where everything in the room was already spoken for, and I set the pillows down by the holding table. I stepped away for a moment while I waited for the cashier line to thin out. When I came back inside, some lady was at the cashier line with my pillows. I let her know those were mine, and she didn't want to give them back. She offered me unapologetic "sorrys" as she continued to take possession of my items. I know by now you're thinking this review sounds to be about a customer, rather than the company -- If I could rate this entitled individual 1 star, I would. However, where 360 estate sales gets rated 1 star is this: the cashier decided to lie and side with this woman instead of being a moral person and returning the pillows to me At the end of the day, they're just pillows, whatever. It's the experience that stuck with me, and that's what I'm rating you for If you're going to be welcoming people into the homes of the newly departed, have some respect.

Our realtor referred us to 360 Estate Sales, and working with the owners, David & Jennifer Quinn, and their entire team was wonderful. Heather was our primary contact and she is amazing - well organized, knowledgeable, professional, and very accommodating. She sold most of our furnishings by appointment, and the remaining items were moved to another estate sale where they were sold prior to our move. They know how to price items fairly, display items attractively, and can arrange delivery in some instances. The entire team is hard working, respectful, trustworthy and very well organized. I highly recommend 360 Estate Sales - they provide a valuable service and ensure quality furnishings reach people who can use them.

We contacted Kort to get information & possible sales for our antiques. He was able to drive a LONG…read moreway out of town with no problem, and looked at our stuff. The conversation developed because he saw we were packing to move, and he informed us of his bigger operation as an estate service. He was very kind, friendly, and honest about everything. A great conversationalist, we agreed to let him handle our estate for several reasons. The main ones being his service would handle the marketing, showings, and LEGALISMS of selling a property with minimal involvement from us. Secondly they would take care of the valuables with a dedicated sale, and see to it that everything else would go to the charity or donation business of our choice (we went with Goodwill). Finally, they would take care of the cleanup/clean-out of the entire property inside & out, prep it for the buyer, and make sure the closing went smoothly for us (a GIANT bonus considering our age & health issues). We were handed some hurdles in late 2023 during the sale period unfortunately. The HIGH interest rates and an uncertain world situation hit the housing sector HARD. That didn't deter Kort and his team whatsoever thankfully. With investors pulling out of the market en-masse, Kort was able to find several other buyers for us to pick from, with nearly no delay. There were factors on OUR end that made things even harder for him to line things up (age & condition of our property), but again they handled it all without so much as a peep of protest or reluctance. In the end he was able to find a cash buyer for us, organized & setup all the various inspections, and the final couple of weeks were a whirlwind of success! Im not sure if a 'typical' real estate agent would've been able to do what he & his team did honestly... and certainly wouldn't have been there to respond to EVERY SINGLE little question, text msg, call, etc. A great experience, an amazing guy & team, and we couldn't recommend higher.

Based on my experience that day, I initially believed I had found a company whose sales I would continue attending. While I felt some items were priced higher than I expected, many others represented good value, and I was pleased with several of my purchases. Unfortunately, my experience changed because of an issue involving a patio set. I purchased what I understood to be the long patio table with six chairs, which was marked at $250. I explained that my son-in-law would not be able to pick it up until August 1, and I was assured that would not be a problem. Jenn's assistant even walked outside with me and placed a blue "sold" tape on the table I had selected while I watched. Due to another commitment, which Jenn was aware of, I was unable to accompany my son-in-law when he picked up the furniture on August 1. Later that day, when I arrived home excited to arrange it on my patio, I was shocked to discover that I had received a small octagonal table instead of the long table I believed I had purchased. I immediately called Jenn and left a voicemail. After not receiving a return call, I sent a text message, and she then called me back. She explained that the small table was the one priced at $250 because the chairs rock, and that the long table had actually been priced at $200 because the chairs don't rock. Since the company has a no-refund policy, there was little point in arguing. I fully respect a business's right to establish such a policy. However, I remain completely confident that the sold tag was placed on the long table I selected. I specifically watched as it was marked because I wanted to be certain there would be no confusion. The table I ultimately received is not the one I believed I had purchased, nor is it one I would have chosen, as I specifically needed the longer table for my intended use. Whether this resulted from a misunderstanding or an error, I was disappointed that no effort was made to resolve the situation. Because of that experience, I have decided I will not attend future sales hosted by this company. That is especially unfortunate because, based on my first impression, I had every intention of becoming a loyal customer. As a side note, I personally know the homeowners who hired the estate sale company. This was not a sale due to a death; they had simply moved out of state and hired the company to conduct the sale. News travels fast around Sun City and Sun City West, no matter what news it is, good or bad, because people attend a lot of events, so I'm saddened by my personal experience.

I can only speak as an estate sale shopper and not as an estate owner, but I was so impressed with…read morethis company. Usually, there is very little customer service at an estate sale. I attended a recent one and bought some heavy pieces of furniture. As I selected the pieces, they were quick to move the sale tags to the hold table AND prepare the pieces for me to take. They covered a dresser in a moving blanket and put it in my car for me. No other company has ever done this. They were willing to hold items I purchased for pick up the following day. As for prices, I thought they were fair- not bargain basement, but not overpriced either. I bought some high quality pieces at a very reasonable price. Their staging was very nice as well.
