The company has had my Tissot watch now for 5 weeks without any direct communication of receipt or service. I called multiple times, they admitted to receiving my watch, but they could not provide any more information. When I finally requested they return my watch without service they said it couldn't be done. One person I spoke to said she would get back to me the same day. She didn't. I had a terrible experience with one of Tissot service branches in USA called SGUS at 55 Metro Way, Suite 1, Secaucus, NJ 07094. They refused to provide me a partial service and wanted me to agree to the service, which was priced higher than I had to pay for my new watch!! When I said that I can not afford it and would like to receive only a part of it, they said it's all service package or nothing at all. I only needed a new gasket under the crystal and not entire golden case at a price above $1.600 !!! I have sent an e-mail to the Tissot customer service department in Le Locle, Switzerland and will post updates on Yelp later. I've received an e-mail from the company saying that they will look into my issue shortly and they never did!! A month later I have my watch still broken and I am very disappointed with the brand service! I will not buy anything again from Tissot and suggest everyone who considering buying Tissot, think again, if you get a problem with your watch after two years, they simply ignore you. I've had a problem with my Rado watch after owning them 6 years and Rado took care of it FREE of charge!!! read more
