06/26/2022 Summer shopping with Little O while hubby is out with his golf friends. Little O didn't wake up early enough to eat breakfast so we came across this crepe place as we were walking through the mall. The crepe was made well -- filled with a lot of sweet strawberries and the right amount of Nutella. The crepe was sweet, thin and light. The mango lemonade was delicious!!! Just the right amount of sweet with tartness. We will definitely try this place out again!

Stopped by again for another yummy Crepe. I wanted to switch it up and try another as I was amazed with my last, so I had some high expectations! Walking up, I was immediately greeted by the amazing owner Ghaleb with a smile on his face, excited to see a returning customer. We always pass by this place while at the Mills but never stopped until today. My daughter and I shared the strawberry Nutella crepe with ice cream and it was delish! They did not hold back on the strawberries or the Nutella. The portion size was big enough that both of us got our fill. They even gave us a free sprinkle of nuts prior to serving it to us. We got the strawberry Nutella crepe. One of the best tasting crepes I've ever had. Soft and fluffy while super thin. They load it up with Nutella and tons of strawberries. It's not too sweet. The crepes are amazing here! & for the price you can not beat it ! I work at Ontario Mills & these crepes are my absolute obsession! The service is always amazing, being a mall worker myself I know it is difficult at times to always be happy & friendly to everyone especially during the holidays when most people are not very nice at all. But he is just such a genuinely nice guy & he really does know his craft! I've had really expensive crepes & his are better by far! Definitely stop by if you are in Ontario Mills! THE BEST crepe I've ever had in 20 years. I love crepes but there's always something missing. But this one HIT THE SPOT. I got the strawberry banana, & it has the right combination of sweetness & sourness. The amount of Nutella is just right, & they make the pancake right in front of you. We've been looking for a good crepe place near where we live. We ended up finding this kiosk here while at the Mills. The service is great and the Strawberry Nutella crepes are delicious! Our second time going here was near closing and he (owner?) was willing to provide quick and friendly service. I also love that you can add nuts and syrups at the end for free. Eventually, we had to get up and ask for our check ourselves because apparently that was too much to expect. At that point, it was obvious that nobody working there cared whether we had a good experience or not. I've worked in customer service and understand that places get busy, but this wasn't a matter of being busy, it was a matter of not caring. We were treated as if we didn't exist. If this is the standard of service this restaurant accepts, there are plenty of other places that deserve your money far more than this one. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting even the bare minimum level of customer service. Tacos were good, ill give them that.

Love love love this spot! The crepes are delicious! They offer a variety to choose from, I've tried most of them and they're all delicious and are sold for a fair price, I haven't tried their lemonade but it looks very yummy, they make it fresh so it must be good, apart from delicious sweets the workers are so nice, I work at the mall and unlike other food places the sweet spot is very quick to give you your Order and that is amazing! They also do coffee promos in the morning, coffee and crepes for breakfast? Yess please! Overall this spot is great so if you're craving something sweet while you're at the mall, you're definitely gonna wanna hit the sweet spot! :) read more

I have been going to The Sweet Spot off and on since they opened at Ontario Mills. The staff is always top notch, the food is always flavorful, and their little seating area is always nice and clean. I am leaving this review,though, due to the exceptional service of the young lady who was working their yesterday, 9/7/2024. I ordered the berries and cream crepe, and not only did it have the perfect balance of cream cheese to fruit, the crepe was PERFECTLY cooked. Nothing special. Around $10 for a crepe (whipped cream add on and tax included) which I think is kinda pricey for a mediocre crepe. They are charging $1 for whipped cream, which is not even chantilly cream, but just cheap whipped cream you can buy at the grocery. I picked the french crepe and there's probably one whole strawberry in there which they sliced in thin pieces. The strawberry is fresh, not candied, and I unfortunately got a super sour one which didn't make the crepe any better. read more

The shop is small but cute, perfectly placed in the middle of the mall! Tables and chairs say that it's meant for customers only, which is totally fair. I ordered a strawberry lemonade and The Sweet crepe. Filled with delicious strawberries, Nutella, bananas, and condensed milk. It was fresh, delicious and definitely hit the sweet spot! We've been looking for a good crepe place near where we live and ended up finding this kiosk here the Mills. The service is great and the Strawberry Nutella crepe is amazing! Our second time coming here was near closing and he was willing to give us quick and friendly service. I also love that you can you add in nuts and syrups for free on your own. I always come to Ontario Mills, but I have never noticed this kiosk. I decided to give it a try today and realized that this place is a hidden gem. They specialize in Crepes and Lemonades and everything on their menu not only sounds delicious, but is delicious. Recommend this 100%. read more
