I purchased a handgun and was missing one of the two magazines that was supposed to be included in the kit. I contacted the seller and after repeated attempts to resolve this issue nothing was done to fulfill my request for the missing magazine. Very disappointed in this store. This was a 5.7 Ruger which has been out for years. This is not special and the parts are readily available. The price I paid was fair for the contains of the kit if all the parts were included in kit. Brian the owner handled this and still no satisfaction on my end. The $35.00 for the mag is not worth the travel from Hobe Sound. They could send it to me, but they never made any attempt to contact me about the mag that was ordered and never arrived at the store. The one week he said it would take to be in, and I waited two weeks and glad I called before I went up there to come back empty handed. read more

So, in my journey to find a decent weapons store in Port St. Lucie...I came across this place! I'm only rating 2 stars b/c I wasn't too fond of the disposition of the woman behind the register! Also, misinformation is a big thing with me! I like to get the best prices for accessories, and ammo! Don't tell me "A little over $100" and that price ends up being $130, on an item that you can get on Amazon for $99! I support Mom and Pop establishments but markups THAT high, are not palatable for me! I didn't hit them for not having the ammo I wanted, it's COVID season and many places don't have .45 Acp rounds! I will fault them for only having ONE .45 acp extension magazine! This is a store that boasts customizing a Glock! You can't be OUT of ANY glock magazine of ANY capacity! I have bought four guns from them so far & my bf has bought 7 or 8 as well as made some trades & we are going to keep on giving the tactical store our business because we trust them, they have great quality products new & used and they are also very knowledgeable and have helped us out a great deal with a lot of different things.
