My experience with the interview process and the sales people was fantastic and despite the high cost (several K's) they absolutely sold me on how exceptional the service would be. There is a 30 minute phone interview followed by a 90 minute in person interview in which you answer all kinds of questions and bring in a list of must haves vs. deal breakers. After this point the good service and high hopes die. After being told how easy it would be to match me I have had no dates. After 6 weeks of silence from the company I called to see what the hold up was and was asked to ease up on simple things like age or height restrictions, after doing that I had one date that was a complete waste of time and didn't meet any of my must haves. After this experience I asked how this happened and found out that my matchmaker doesn't even have my list of must haves. The salesperson never shared it with her, that of course was not the story I was sold when signing up. At this point I have requested a refund and been told they don't do that... of course they don't. 10 weeks in and no matches, no customer service letting me know why it's taking so long or what the issues are in finding a match. This service is a scam, don't fall for it.

I have gone there twice and both times I was helped by a very friendly and courteous receptionist. I noticed while I was waiting that the place is well lighted, the seating is comfortable, there is a large TV with cable and coffee for guests in the waiting area. I was very impressed with the associate that spoke with me. Since I did not have an appointment and he had a customer come in that had an appointment I expected to be waiting while he serviced his customer. To my delight, the associate told his customer he'd be right with him and then asked me into his office for a quick consultation. He ask a few questions and gave me some good advice.
