We had a friend order the chicken strips, that took 15 minutes but I can understand food takes time. What was not a pleasant experience was whoever the lady manager that was working. It was loudly announced that she was "training" some new workers, and I can understand the patience that comes with training, but there was zero of that. We spent the entire time while waiting for the chicken, watching this employee berate these new workers. The employee was working on the cash, and in between taking orders, they would tell employees to come over to her and demand them "what are you doing" while they were trying to make the orders, and degrade them in front of all the customers. As well as, yelling at the cook in the back to stop cooking the orders and get up front and do cash...when everyone was waiting for food. It was also not a pleasant sight to see this employees butt crack while eating ice cream, but to each their own I suppose. I don't know the full extent that the training process is there, but when I can see the new workers visually looking uncomfortable being shouted at in front of all the customers does not make it a good experience for anyone!
