It's a very easy merge back on to the major road though so it's not a big detour if you are already in Derrinallum. The cafe is welcoming and has almost industrial feel courtyard. No shading though so it is weather reliant. Staff was very friendly and the cafe appear to have loyal locals visiting regularly. Chai latte was served with Bonsoy and delicious. I spied some good selection of cakes and cookies in their cabinet, some appetising pies and sandwiches and a small lunch / breakfast menu. Didn't go through it so I don't know what's on the menu card but I saw a couple of lunching groups who seem to be enjoying the cafes offering .
