First it is very harshly lit, which does give good colour rendering for polishes it doesn't make for a relaxing experience. Second there is a very unnecessary "plead for a tip" from the card machine when paying, this again detracts from the calm that a spa visit should give. Thirdly it felt to me that there was a drive to get my treatment done and me out as soon as possible, almost as if I was something to get through to fit another person in.
