I was shopping for insurance and stumbled onto www.heartlandaz.com. They are an independent broker - meaning- they represent a multitude of insurance carriers - not just one. The lady took my information and told me she'd call me back. In less than 30 mins, she called me back with quotes from the best 3 priced carriers. I was amazed at how many different companies that she could tell me thier price. I ended up with Progressive. They were the best deal all around. Then the lady told me that if my Progressive policy later increased, all I need to do is call her at Heartland and with a click of a few buttons, she would put my policy out to bid. I made the appointment for 9:00 Saturday I was at the office he went to my house. I waited he finally showed up at the office and was extremely upset evidently he tore the sleeve of his jacket on my rose bush. He came to my car window shouted who are you! I said I'm your 9:00 I stated my name. He yelled well the first thing an inspector is going to say is for you to cut back your rose bushes. I stated well that's crazy and then all hell broke loose. This man lost it it only got worse from there. He proceeded to tell me I don't take any s*** from anybody and for me to find another insurance broker. I backed the car out and left. I do not recommend this person as you can see by the photos there's one little Branch sticking out of my arbor. Nobody would put up with him and the way he treats potential clients.
