Shortly after she filed for us we received a few notices from the IRS that needed some clarification. Of course we reached back out to Yvette to explain these notices to us. Each year we pay our taxes in full and never had any issues. I've called, emailed and sent FB messages and I've been completely ignored by Yvette. Do not work with them!!! Extremely unprofessional. We trusted them with our two small businesses (bookkeeping and tax returns) and our personal tax returns. I had to hire a real CPA to review and fix the Quickbooks data transactions and both 2018 business Tax Returns. They delayed finishing and filing our 2018 personal tax return for 5 months which resulted in an additional tax payment plus penalty and interest. Their "affordable" price cost us more money in the end. They either need to hire a real CPA on staff, or they need to disclose that they don't have a CPA. I'm very frustrated with their lack of quality of work and lack of communication during the full year of working with them.
