For OVER three months, this law office has held the award check. They keep asking for more and more information in order for them to release the check, all of which they have in their hands! Everything they have asked to receive THEY HAVE. I am now being given the option to work AROUND the mortgage company/lender. On top of that, the day that someone from his firm was supposed to be at my house for an inventory, no one showed up. When I called his office they had no explanation. The main attorney made claims my case was costly and complex because he had to communicate with my forensic accountant often. He did not. I had a contract with my forensic accountant, communicated myself with her, and asked her not to call their law office. The forensic accountant only creates a report and submits it; no need for expensive calls.
